I wasn't thinking about it in that way. I was picturing the massive protests that always pour in whenever the ballot box has failed to elect them enough representatives and the ensuing government enacts something they don't like so they throw some of the biggest temper tantrum protests around screaming that this is what democracy looks like.

No, I thought voting was what it was supposed to look like.

Yep...that's the same undemocratic voters I was referring to!

6 Reasons Sanders Actually Won the Debate Despite What Pundits Claim

Despite having 6 reasons to have won he lost it all when he gave Hillary a pass about her email scandal.

That is going to come back an haunt him 6 folds. He closed a Door that he should have never closed against an opponent.

The issue is not about the email server itself or gossip its about blantant corruption in DC and about there being 2 sets of laws: one for the common folks and another one for the 1% and politicians.

HIllary needed and has to answer to her lack of judgement in regards to that issue as a presidential candidate when corruption is the biggest issue we face in DC. It was fair game and the Bern flamed out.

This coming from a guy that can't stand Hillary and had high hopes for Bernie. Hillary was the winner because she gained the most from the debate when bernie took the email scandal of the table.

I watched the entire debate, twice - Bernie Sanders was the clear winner and the ex-Marine bloke, Jim Webb, came a distant 2nd.

Hillary should do everyone a favour and head to Syria and join ISIS.

I'm not so sure he closed that door.

His statement that we're all tired of hearing about her damned emails is a double edged sword.

Why I absolutely agree that the entire Republican committee investigation is purely politically motivated to ruin Hillary's chances, they wouldn't have anything to investigate if Hillary hadn't used such bad judgement to begin with.

I definitely saw that statement both ways and I think Hillary had no choice other than to laugh it off.

I didn't really take it that way. We usually agree on most things from what I recall, but I'm gonna have to disagree on this one. Personally, what are they going to do about it anyways? It's already obvious it's just gonna get swept under the rug with the current administration anyways in my opinion. I think he just wants the media to focus more on what the candidates are gonna do for the country/people, instead of some side story to take the focus off of other important issues. He seems to be the only one that actually cares about the strength of our country instead of our corporations, so I'm gonna stick to his side for now.

Yes, I know. You're a socialist. Also, it is wrong to characterize the adjective as democractic when democrats are anything but.

I should have said Democrats and everyone to their left.

I mentioned this already. However, that does not describe the people as a body of the American public.

Partisan politics will never get us anywhere. Don't get me wrong I support your right to vote for whoever you deem best fit, but playing the Republican vs. Democrat argument all the time isn't going to get anything accomplished. As I've asked before who do you support? I probably will back some of their policies, but Bernie seems to fit mostly for what I want accomplished. Hearing Bernie Sanders is a Socialist and comparing him to Dictator's isn't working obviously and if your gonna sway me away from Bernie, I'm gonna have to hear something better than fiscal responsibility and Hitler comparisons to do it. What other candidate has policies in place to fix the fiscal situation? I don't know of any, so basically it's gonna continue as the same so we might as well put it into the country and people in my opinion. Who else is running without being in the corporations pocket? Who else is talking so strongly about corruption? Who else wants to stop the lobbyists?

ETA: I have mentioned this a few times, but never seen any responses. Bernie isn't even liked by most of the Democratic party. Why is that? I bet its because he's threatening to take away the established way of corporations picking presidents and nobody likes that idea. Just my 2 cents, hope to hear back.

Well like I tell my wife, its her choice to make wrong decisions when disagreeing with me.

Kidding,

But I hope you and the Bern supporters are right and I'm horribly wrong, but he came across to me as being a little to enthusiastic to dismiss that issue and cater to the establishment.

Don't get me wrong I would take Bernie by a long shot over Hillary. I just think that is going to haunt him down the road.

The MSM is already pushing for Hillary and he just gave away a great resource to demonstrate why her character is highly questionable and part of the elitist clan.

You do not know that. I know how tempting it is to some to characterize people by putting them into a box, so you can fool yourself into thinking that you have them "figured out", but you're incorrect. I don't cleave to any political, economic, social, religious or philosophical category.

Also, it is wrong to characterize the adjective as democractic when democrats are anything but.

It sounds like you're jealous of the party name... Anyway, there are TWO meanings to the word. Big D, little D.

of, relating to, or supporting democracy or its principles
AND
of or relating to the Democratic Party

I should have said Democrats and everyone to their left.

Regardless what you should have said, I am not left of Democrats. I don't have the need to pinpoint a position. I float all around, depending on the issue.

The ruling class owns the candidates. Doesn't matter who we elect, they OWN both candidates. They Don't own Bernie Sanders (or maybe they do). So naturally they will cook the books in the attempt to make us think we like one of their hand picked bought and paid for puppets. Just goes to prove our "choice" and "right to vote" is just an illusion.

The puppets in the media will continue to repeat the lie until the herds believe it. Even if the controllers have to rig the election, Goldman sachs will get one of their stooges into the oval office no matter what the masses desire.

In this case that would be either Jeb Bush or Hillary Clinton, who both support the controllers agenda of a failed middle eastern policy, open borders and American jobs sent overseas. ~$heopleNation

Dems getting a taste of what us Paul supporters went through last election. No one cares until the corruption reaches their side of the aisle. No one cares until it directly effects them, but they should care about all of it.

Nothing new. Except maybe more people will be able to see the reality of how we the people are controlled.

Cnn got rid of their comment section years ago.

Unless they were trolling unrelated cnnmoney articles..

what's better, 'mr socialist' or corporate puppet who flip-flops on issues just to pander to the popular opinion, who has proven herself to be untrustworthy, inconsistent and corrupt?

universal healthcare isn't a bad thing. other countries manage to do it without making a huge deal about it. it is expensive and his plan probably needs to be altered to fit the financial situation but let's be honest the american gov can't pay back that amount of debt tomorrow, next year or anytime this century. so it truly will not make any difference economically whether hilary or bernie are elected.

bernie may be a democratic socialist but socialism in and of itself is not a bad thing, it's simply a more level playing field. the issue arises in how it is applied because it is exploited by corrupt morons who give it a bad name. communism is a total utopia. it sounds wonderful on paper but in reality, it is tainted by human greed, the very thing it is supposed to inhibit. government's owning all the assets is bad, i don't agree with big government. however i do think governments should provide basic services to their citizens in return for their hard-earned tax dollars instead of just spending it on building an insane military industrial complex, conducting secret experiments and spending insane amounts of money on building vast underground bases for themselves while the people barely have adequate public transport...

bernie has libertarian beliefs as well. he believes in gun ownership. he believes in separation of state and corporations. not all his policies are perfect but at least he's not hillary, who will just be obama with a vagina. when asked about the major differences between her and obama politically all she had to say is that 'that's pretty obvious isn't it?'. i mean jesus christ... all these politicians do is deflect questions, go off on a tangent, not address the actual question and distract the questioner with their bs. they reveal as little details as possible so they don't accidentally say something that raises questions.

hillary is completely awful. her laugh is so goddamn fake i wanna vomit. her ideology sucks, she's just another goddamn clone. they're all exactly the same.

Democratic party is trying to lose on purpose because it's the republicans turn. Come on no one likes Hilary, we all know that. Bernie has a lot of fans just look on social media, which is harder for the rich to control than TV news. But as you can see they try to delete pro Bernie comments on websites too. But even if he somehow got past the corrupt primary process and electoral college . . . he'd be JFK'd.
