in poor third world countries where they have brought birth control in a communities, it has freed the women to devout their time to other endeavors. They offered them microloans and well, you can find on the web where these women have spent times creating some beautiful items that are offered for sale. It has lifted the whole community and improved their lives! (The "they" here is not necessarily planned parenthood, I am not sure just how this was set up or by whom)
But it does seem to be not only reasonable to assume that allowing women to determine their family size is a significant tool to raising groups of people out of proverty, but I do believe we have the proof available to see in the world today!

well, they could possibly have a point, if they were still forcibly sterilizing the unwanted minorities and forcing them to abort babies trying to prevent an population caused catastrophe. but they aren't are they? at least not here, they are in china still I believe, but china seems to a favorite country to do business in to some of those anti-planned parenthood groups, just look at hobby lobby!

but nope, we have found a relatively humane way to control our population growth, we let the women decide and we don't force them into anything. and the claim that we are somehow singling out the poor minorities is kind of ludicrous in an economy where so many middle class couples are kind of forced to use birth control simply because they can't afford to have six kids on their income and still mainstain a decent standard of living while those on welfare seem to get a financial incentive to have more, and then more, and then even more!!!

to be honest I think that they relaxed the restrictions regarding birth control and abortion because they didn't like the alternative methods of controlling overpopulation and well, they relaxed them during the last stage of the boomers and they were beginning to discover such a large population would cause problems in the future. and well, they wanted to put a halt on it, the idea that they might be able to do this selectively was looked at by some, but was replaced by the idea that women should be the ones to decide.
They've recently discovered that if left to decide, the more educated women with the means to obtain the various methods of birth control are more than happy to regulate the number of children they bring into the world and well, it kind of has a reverse effect that the eugenists were hoping for--we have too many managers, not enough to take on those low paid jobs in labor and they found both off shoring and importing the laborers had their own drawbacks.

But there is nothing illegal going on with the donations that Planned Parenthood manages.

There's enough circumstantial evidence to support they broke the law recently, and overwhelming evidence they've commited horrors in the past. I'm not trying to stop abortion I'm just trying to make sure a corrupt disgusting inhumane organization like planned parenthood isn't portrayed as that beacon of light becausde they're the farthest thing from it.

stem express claimed to have sources for this fetal tissue that number in the triple digits...
planned parenthood has clinics across the country and yet at the most only 5 of them were donating fetal tissue and at least one of those was donating it solely to a university free of charge, (at a loss)
so we have at least 100 sources donating fetal tissue to stem express, of which at the most only 4 could have been planned parenthood clinics. Why aren't we hearing anything about the other 96+ sources? could it be that at least some of those are providing abortions to the wives of the legislatures, and their friends, or in other words, could they be catering to the more well to do, and therefore immune to the scrutiny? or is it only the poor women who are getting abortions?

And, although I hear all this rumbling about pulling the funding for planned parenthood, I hear nothing about pulling the millions of dollars of funding that is given to stem cell research. I mean since this is such a deplorable, disgusting thing, where babies are force out of their mother's womb, sliced and diced and used for the future medications that will make some drug companies rich I imagine, should we also be pulling their funding with the same contempt? those millions of dollar were never even mentioned in the congressional "investigation" that I listened to. nor was the other 96+ providers stem cell has for fetal tissue. Nor was much mentioned about the illegal way that these videos were produced, and the fact that they were sliced and diced worse than the poor little babies. whenever anyone mentioned that, the republicans would cut them off and tell them that that wasn't the topic of discussion. and eventually, the admitted that it didn't matter if planned parenthood broke any laws or not or if the videos portrayed a truthful exchange of the conversations, they still should be defunded.
