Since no one has provided any proof. Other than just defending a drunk driver because hes a.) illegal b) transgendered.

Nothing else seems to matter.

So again is there any proof or evidence of torture or is this a take someone's word for it? I ask because if you are illegal and convicted of a felony that's pretty much a one way ticket home. So if there is no proof of torture will making the claim now be the standard for illegals convicted of a felony to stay.. not even about transgendered.

Illegal comes here and rapes a child. Then goes to court to claim he was tortured before and will be Again for being being a pedophile. Any proof requirements? Who gets to claim it? In this case if the pedophile gets to stay for same reason whose neighborhood does he get to move into?

I haven't seen that stated so I'll go with no in which case this isn't even an issue of torture but rather is convicted felons who are illegals will be able to claim this now and there is no proof required. Seems people are arguing for a social justice issue again instead of if this will be a new standard for illegals convicted of felonies claiming torture with no proof to stay.

I am not arguing to arguing's sake. Honestly, if you are a transsexual, don't you have to dress in the style or manner of the opposite sex as part of "acting the part of and completely identifying with the opposite sex?" If so, then in order to be a transsexual you must be a transvestite, unless you are a transsexual who identifies as the opposite sex but is gay.

There was a movie a long time ago called Victor/Victoria. It was about a woman, who played a man, playing a woman on stage.... How do you identify that in real world terms, not performance in costume?

Those definitions are overly simplistic and not the ones any government agency would likely use. And don't even get me started on the nebulous term "transgender" which can mean anything and everything depending on who it is supposed to represent.

The key difference between transvestite and transsexual comes down to the gender identity issue.

A transvestite is usually a straight man. They do not want to be women. It's like cosplay for them.

A transsexual has a physical brain difference in the structure which determines the gender identity of males or females.

One can be a male to female transsexual or a female to male transexual due to that difference: i.e. having a female brain in a male body or having a male brain in a female body.

Most but not all transsexuals have medical procedures done to help them in the form of hormone therapy or surgery to help them in this regard. Legally their birth certificate and other documents reflect the gender they are living as and as such they are the gender they are living as under federal law. This is why transsexuals could marry the sex opposite of their gender for like 35 years despite how they were born. The gay marriage issue was never one of self interest to transsexuals any more than to anyone else who wasn't gay. Transsexual marriages to people of the same sex they were born as were not considered same sex marriages because the person changed their sex legally.

A transvestite has no need for surgery or any sort of legal change in gender. They don't want one either because they have a male brain in a male body and just like to dress as a female for fun, i.e. like cosplay or historical reenactors. They may also do it because it is taboo. For instance there are almost no female to male transvestites because it is not taboo for women to wear mens clothes in most Western Societies.

I had female on my birth certificate and driver license before my operation at 17.

As long as there are steps taken to permanently change ones gender they are transsexual by law.
