When someone looks too much into the dry definition of words can easily miss the live meaning behind them.
Sometimes you just have to get the idea.

I did not 'create' anything!
I wrote what I had to write, all cobbled from pre-existing thought, pre-existing words...
I 'created' no thought, no awareness, no post.
Merely reflected that which already 'is' from this Perspective!
Like a mirror.
Not anything can be 'created'.
All can be 'reflected'.

Does creating a really bad hangover counts? I seem to be a quasi-expert on this. How about making someone smile or punch you in the face? How about making someone to pause and think?

As Bluesma pointed out, the act of creating can be therapeutic. If you can only see the large pile of empty bottles of alcohol I created in our backyard to keep myself sane. Yes, we can't create something out of nothing but aren't we all perpetually creating or improvising as we live our lives? Every act, consciously or subconsciously, every intention, good or bad... how about memories and dreams, aren't we all creators in a sense?
