Second amendment has been partially chopped since the get-go, Beezzer. Or are you driving down Main St. with a Howitzer cannon mounted to the top of your minivan? A line has already been drawn preventing you from carrying around an RPG or the aforementioned Howitzer. Question is whether that line needs to be moved at all. I'm totally against any sort of outright ban on guns, which would constitute a full-on chop, full-stop.
