The Georgia conflict of 2008 is what began the dissent that has lead to today. The Ukraine conflict has only exacerbated the situation.

Good grief, actually some European countries had the balls to take on Hitler rather than try and avoid the problem, until they were no longer able to (but also realised that there was a whiff of profit) but then a lot of Americans seem to think HBO produces documentaries rather than pro American slanted drama.

Anyway, it's a UN issue, some people with ego seem to equate that to it being a US target for a fight, just about intelligence in understanding the world rather than thinking you're the centre of it.
