Yeah you are right i had it mixed up. It was the official 9/11 commision where they refused to testify under oath or sign anything or let it be recorded or witnessed by the public. G.W Bush also refused to do it withouth rumsfeld being there to hear exactly what he was going to say. In case both their stories would not match up.

And, it was Cheney and Bush that went to the Committee together. Not Rumsfeld and Bush. Then the false argument about being under Oath or not. That actually is due to this little thing we call the Constitution and the checks and balances between the different branches of government.
