North Korea never signed the NPT Iran did and hasn't broken it yet.
North Korea ratified the treaty on 12 December 1985, but gave notice of withdrawal from the treaty on 10 January 2003. The withdrawal became effective 10 April 2003 making North Korea the first state ever to withdraw from the treaty.North Korea had once before announced withdrawal, on 12 March 1993, but suspended that notice before it came into effect.
Iran is a party to the NPT but was found in non-compliance with its NPT safeguards agreement and the status of its nuclear program remains in dispute. In November 2003 IAEA Director General Mohamed ElBaradei reported that Iran had repeatedly and over an extended period failed to meet its safeguards obligations, including by failing to declare its uranium enrichment program.

LOL ok ok don't get nervous.
My initial point was that Israel does not get any special treatment.
Most countries do not follow the rules in one way or another. This is just the way the world works.
What reason does Israel have to trust that any hostility will cease if they give territory back? The first time any territory was given back, no hostility ceased.
When Israel was created, the surrounding countries immediately tried to wipe it off the map.
Now, I'm not saying there aren't things that Israel can do to hold out an olive branch, but at the same time, you can't go about things saying it's all on Israel's shoulders to make all the moves.

Ya I don't get why Israel gets to not follow the rules like everyone else.
What do you mean by "everyone else"?
"everyone else" still have their nukes:
United States
Russia
United Kingdom
France
China
India
Pakistan
North Korea
That beef is with the nations who controlled the land at the time. Not Israel. It's not like the Jews suddenly said, "Today, let's establish a nation for ourselves."
The European nations who politically and militarily controlled the region said, "We feel guilty about what we let happen to the Jews, so let's give them some land ... It's not like the Arabs will let them hold on to it anyhow."
And they were almost right, but the Jews hung on. So I guess if you want to blame the Jews, blame them for refusing to roll over and die.
If you want to blame someone for the creation of Israel, blame the other great powers of the world.
Because the occupation didn't cease.
They started ethnic cleansing the land.
Can the Arabs really be blamed for fighting a group that just moved into the hood and started acting like Nazis.

I say, "What's good for the goose is good for the gander," The US. has intentionally ignored Israel's nuclear capabilities.
Exactly Israel has done nothing but whine about Iran's imaginary weapons program so they should face the same things Iran did until they come to an agreement like Iran.
America hasn't always ignored Israel nuclear weapons program. Kennedy was the last president to disagree with it he was against it so much that he was getting into arguments with France when they helped Israel start their program. Israel was so po'd about it that leaders in Israel was calling for Kennedy to be assassinated and what a coincidence he did get assassinated. After that no President dared to complain about their program.
the others already had nukes when the NPT was created.
