Bernie needs to educate himself on firearms!

Criminal activity is not the exercise of rights. It is the imposition of ones will against the rights of others.

Nothing in the constitution prevents the adequate punishment and restriction of rights so long as due process is followed for criminal activity.

The way gun control is approached has not addressed why it is only the law abiding that get punished. No gun control law has ever codified how to get guns away from criminals. Only the law abiding, like myself, get hosed.

Violating my 4th amendment rights just to exercise my 2nd Amendment rights is wrong.
