I know its been edited and I hope the rest of the video will be released so we can all see the truth behind them. To me it seems you judging them to be false, without seeing the whole thing. What if what they end up being true? Will you change your position on it? Or are you equally as passionate about pro choice, as those on the other side of the fence are pro life?
Are you involved on some level with PP? Do you know something we dont know?

That VERY LEGAL thing was not voted on by "we the people". Whoever signed this VERY LEGAL thing into approval needs to be known to us, shown to us, and held accountable for the atrocities against innocent human beings. These are, IMO, CRIMES.
Also, I wonder how those mothers now feel, knowing their babies ended up as pieces and sold by the value of their little organs...?

On another thread Krazy said that the mothers all signed consent forms
and were fully informed .....
but were the women fully informed, really fully informed,
that their "blobs of tissue" would be dissected
and their kidneys, brains, etc
sold rather than donated to research. Hmmmmm
The guttenmacher institute, which is a totally neutral, if not slightly liberal institute
www.guttmacher.org...
said that out of the 1 million abortions annually
a small percentage (30% or a little more than 25,000 to repeat twenty five thousand, annually) were blobs over 16 weeks
not human for sure, and only blobs of tissue, surely people are over reacting
another wild over reaction is to the very small percentage (1.5% or a little more than 9,000 to repeat nine thousand, annually)
were blobs over 24 weeks old.
this is not a human at all or a person at all, it is "just fetal tissue",
and definitely people are over reacting.
I am not surprised at all at the backlash
against the harvesting for tissue
as is done by PP
for sale on the research marketplace

Oh another appeal to emotion fallacy post from grandmakdw that ignores any issues and is entirely intended to pull on one's heartstrings to illicit an irrational response to a problem. Hmmmmm

When your grown up loved one dies and the body or organs are donated to science, do they go into great detail with you about how this is done in the lab? That they will collect a fee when the research company comes for the body? They could charge you to cover their costs, but it is a lot nicer to charge the research company.

I'm not going to debate your appeal to emotion fallacy (even if you DO post it again) because I just don't care about those statistics. They are irrelevant to the discussion at hand and are designed to get someone emotional and ignore the ACTUAL facts that are relevant to the issue at hand.
What IS and ISN'T a human isn't the topic at hand here. It is Planned Parenthood. Your entire point is just one big distraction.

What is and isn't a human is at the very core of the topic at hand.
People are angry and hacking the website,
for only one reason,
they consider the fetal tissue,
to be actual human beings.
That is the one and only reason they hacked the website.
The "distraction" is the core reason for the uproar
over harvesting the blobs of tissue seen in the videos.
(nearly 30,000 total each year look exactly like these pictures)
The "distraction" is the one and only reason the website was hacked.

Krazy, we may not have seen all there is to see in the Videos, and Im sure the worst of the worst was what was shown, however the little bits we have seen are disturbing. But, it seems to me that those who were pro choice before are defending PP. Those who are pro life are still in the other camp.
Those who believe this isnt a human life and can detach from seeing a plate of chopped up fetus as a once viable life, are not going to react to it the same, as a person who values human life. Death is Death, Respect for the Dead is another thing. You see a plate of tissue, but others see a chopped up baby.

I dont think you are going to get people who see this as a chopped up baby to overcome their emotions about it. They will think with their heart not their brain. Regardless of your efforts you are not going to change their minds. I would defend my children and grandchildren as well as my neighbors kids (who I love as my own) with my dying breath. Others look at a plate of human remains and at the very least are disgusted by the lack of respect for a once viable life.
Even if what has been shown is a complete lie, and PP operated fully within the law, people are still going to see what they want to see.
I dont think people in general are looking at the legality of PP's actions, they are making a moral judgment on just how ethical the practice is, based on the disturbing footage that has thus far been made available. Its been put in our noses, and a lot of people's moral compass is going off the charts. Besides the money issue involved, they are still seeing a disrespected chopped up baby. And I think that is what is disturbing for most people who oppose this.

Then where is the official investigation into PP? Why is there no push from the pro-lifers to actually bring criminal proceedings against PP? Instead the right is pushing to just defund PP without any actual investigation. In fact, they are SO gung-ho about this, that they are fast tracking the bill so it can be voted on before Congress leaves on August 1st (that's this Saturday). And NONE of that sounds the LEAST bit shady to you?
