Are your examples in CA and are they being recorded with a reasonable expectation of privacy? Did the makers of your imaginary videos lie and misrepresent the truth?

My reply was not re posting of PP videos. They were undercover filming in Ca for health or fraud . As to show similar actions. All were with some form of deceit on the film crews part .

Here's the point: the fraudulent "Center for Medical Progress" is a sham corporation and not only committed multiple acts of fraud and slander/libel but were dumb enough to record every episode and distribute it across the internet.

fraud usually involves transfer of goods or currency under false pretense . Did money exchange hands ? Or goods ? Or services ?

Slander / libel from what has happened this is a tough call some times telling the truth can get you charged with libel but a Senator can make a huge fat lie and nothing happens .

I am interested how the courts will handle this . Ca passed laws about peta filming after a few slaughter houses were caught killing dower cows.

I haven't claimed you were reposting the CMP fraudster vids, I asked you if the makers of the videos were breaking the law as the "Center for Medical Progress" videos were.

They admit on their website that they misrepresented themselves in fraudulent business deals, that they recorded others without permission (against California law at least) and on the same website, they publish the lies that Planned Parenthood is "selling baby parts" which is about as clear a case of libel as I've ever witnessed.

Have you reviewed their website? Center for Medical Progress.

Also, they seem to be acting as a Political Action Committee in several ways ... and Federal law requires that such entities register as such with the FCC.

Their About Us page offers no such disclosure or record of registration.

In fact, they claim to be "journalists."

Since we are throwing perceived views around. Maybe they honestly believe PP is profiting off of body parts. In that context the intent is good . And if they are and Stem Express is a co conspirator. Intent and actions are good.

And there is a loophole in privacy laws for recording evidence for criminal activities which this may or may nor fit.Since selling body parts is a crime.

Now if PP is innocent and are just doing this to defame PP throw the legal book at them.

I believe the truth is somewhere in between.

Reminds me of Stem-Cell research blocked by religious crazies, something that could've actually helped with cancer among various other ailments, the god crowd shut down. At least publicly.

When there's 4 videos out there with PP employees talking about prices and none of them talk about the same price it looks bad.

I would think these "extremists" would have a libel case against the head of PP after her TV interview when she claimed they were basically domestic terrorists, with absolutely no proof.

And to be clear, I'm not against PP, but seems to me like there needs to be better oversight (which pains me to say because I'm against big government)

The reason you see the lack of organization your speaking of in PP is simple. These people set it up that way on purpose they contacted local clinics and pretended to be a company that helps secure tissue for medical research. The clinics they contacted have no idea how any of this works that was by design of our fake physician. That easy as questions are asked as the clinic directors try to figure out what their offer is and how tissue donation works they can edit it for maximum effect.

Had they contacted planned parenthood directly through corporate offices they would have been out in touch with legal department the last thing they wanted. This all boils down to clinic directors trying to get a free meal to discuss something they have no control over.

No, it is not. It is illegal to profit off of organ trafficking but if the parts are sold at a loss then no violation has occurred. This is required in the law to shut down black market organ dealers but still allow for legitimate companies to make human tissue available for various needs.

If there were a god, he/she/it would be facepalming at the U.S. right now...

The CMP has a video of Stem Express discussing "Fully Intact, Born-Alive Fetuses" they acquired from Planned Parenthood. This is why PP is freaking out. They delivered alive babies, murdered them, and sold off the whole baby to Stem Express.
