How can somebody refuse a service that they don't offer to begin with??? My foot doctor doesn't do PAP smears or brain surgery either.

FYI: 'Margie' was big on sterilizing "Colored people", immigrants, indigents, the retarded, and the handicapped.
Yes, she did, but with very specific caveats. They had to have a debilitating genetic trait, disease or "something else" to qualify.

You believe dark skin is a debilitating genetic trait? Ok...

You are really reaching here. As far as I know PP does manual exams and refers out for mammograms. Not offering a service is not the same thing as refusing to perform it. If a doctor doesn't have an in office X ray machine is referring patients out "refusing service"? Obviously not.

I did make and edit, precisely because I knew that could be taken out of context. Luckily, it was included in your reply.
Many people spoke at KKK rallies and it is not indicative of a racist agenda.
Sanger was more concerned about the perfect human, and race was not a central part of that from what I understand.
