Well if I am not taught how to buld a particle accelerator in order to test their claims then how could I test it? Are the results of their cancer banishing equipment any larger in percentile than a placebo effect? Like it works 80% of the time to rid cancer?

There are many ways to test everything, soetimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, but if the money wants it to work then it will, that is science.

Is that why the FDA is considered scientific? Science doesn't always work. Psychology is a Science and yet any deem it otherwise. Science is actually flawed, believe it or not, in the method itself. One must have a theory and test it in order to see if it is right. Yes, it makes sense in every day trial and error, but, if you are asking for a grant in order to go about postulating a scientific study, your theory must make sense at first to the investors in order to garner that grant. Then, if your study does not prove anything, does not coincide with your theory or has null results, then the investors are going to not want to invest in your theories. If your results do not fall within certain parameters than they will be withheld from the masses, unless they show monetary gain in investors or other fields of science that can be bought from the scientist. Similar to MSM, over 50% of science journals are published by only 5 coorporations, so talk about control of knowledge. So how is science unbiased and controlled by simple scientists doing everyday studies?

Can you explain the Patent Office to me if Science is live and well? Many patents disappear, get put on hold, never pass, until the person dies and then are bought by multinational coorporations. Is that Scientific to you? Or is there a censoring going on in the Science world? If there is even one censorship of any scientific breakthrough then it is reasonable to suggest and postulate that many breakthroughs have been censored. Only because it helps the coorporations that are in competition of those breakthroughs, whether in the medical, energy, food supply, preservation, etc fields. Withholding science from the masses makes the scientific community weaker and fraudulent.

You can do a scientific method study on God and it doesn't work to prove or disporve anything, you can do a scientific method study on life after death, where life came from, how life evolved, and where humans came from, and all these are unanswered, yet many have scientific evidence to those questions, they are jsut not "good science." So what is good science? Money? multiple observers, witnesses to an event? Testable evidence?

I am a scientist and want to fly a drone over Antarctica, guess what, I can, but...can be imprisoned and all documentation confiscated. Oh so I can't test a theory when it hurts noone? Nope. I want to launch a rocket into space without a permit, oh wait I can...but can go to jail for over 25 years without a permit that only certain agencies will allow if I have proper documentation and clearences. So who cleared NASA on their Challenger missions, on several missions that blew up costing lives and billions of dollars? Themselves, Science is not what you think it is. You can do it at home and in your garage but it is hoaxed, disscredited, fabricated results until it is in a MSM journal that money bought them and you cannot reproduce or disporve.

If an agency was given 1 billion to prove that the Earth is flat or the moon is made of cheese they could easily do it by making videos, graphs, journal after journal of numbers and observations and if someone working in their own garage and their own telescope tried to publish a article proving the Earth is round, it would not get published, anywhere besides on the internet. There is always a meaning behind the method.

Looks like a CGI to me. How does an amateur astronomer have the capability of seeing Jupiter so close up? It is a rendering of percieved movement.

I am not saying I actually bleieve the Earth is flat, like I have said before, but, I have seen zero evidence that it is a globe and spins 1,000 mph. I am unwilling to believe one word from NASA, the original moon landing footage is nearly 99% a fake so If they are willing to fake that, what else are they "not" going to fake. It actually makes more sense for it to be a globe, in order to explain other plantes and celestial objects, and I have no proble with the Earth being a globe, I just like to argue to see what proof is given by other people, to see their true colors.

What is not idiocy? Something you believe in perhaps? I have no problem believeing in both sides at the same point in order to get to the truth, that is what makes a scientist. You cannot believe in one thing in order to get the truth, because you will discredit what goes against your beliefs, that this action is common oversight.

Say a team of Russian scientists found a cave and followed it hundreds of miles down and found another ocean and civilization living and breathing. They took pictures of them as proof and brought back the prestine water from below to be tested. Their story is legitimate, they have evidence, but sense you believe it is impossible you discredit it sense you have been taught to think that it is impossible. The entire story gets laughed off in Western culture, a hoax, a Putin Put off, a distraction, and gets drowned in tabloids and forgotten for many years until we are searching pole to pole for oil and rediscover it. Then what is truth? Who is the idiot? Who didn't try to prove it themself and only went with the status quo?

Once again, as it was ignored the first time. Explain the presence of coriolis force acting upon the earth's winds, particularly in causing wind to circulate in opposite directions in the nkrthern/southern hemisphere.

A spherical, spinning model is the only one that gives the characteristics that are easily observable by anyone.

The rotation of the Earth should have nothing to do with the Earth's winds. The rotations of the Eath doesn't change yet the speed of the winds do. Winds change direction all of the time all over the world. If this were not true then as you got closer to both poles the snow dunes would be obvious, tens of stories high, yet all pictures of the poles show none.

This thread is in the correct place. What's with all the FE threads at the moment? If even the Ancient Greeks knew that we live on a globe surely we should be able to turn the page and move on.

In the first place... If the Earth was flat..why waste your time and energy to convince the crowd the Earth is round.

There are always ways to work an outcome by tinkering with the equation, talk something which is crooked straight.

What does that mean? Is he suggesting it's 98.76% fake? And why is he talking about the moon landing? This thread is to discuss the flat earth theory.

What is this, story time? iDope are you ignoring my ealier post regarding the depth we have actually been to? And why we had to stop drilling? In fact I'll go through this thread and point out every single post you have failed to acknowledge and ensure you respond to them all, and not just from me. How does that sound?

If you believe in a Flat Earth, you have to ignore evidence that you can see all around you, on a regular basis.
