This is the second time you posted this proselytism. We weren't interested in it the first time and we aren't interested in it now. Christian reasons for abortion to be illegal are irrelevant with a secular government.

Still waiting for you to address the fact that abortion rates in countries where abortion is illegal are higher than in countries where it is legal.

But this video disgusts me and I feel PP needs investigation. I agree that aborted fetuses have been used to make huge gains in medical science, but a lot has been a total waste. Let's be REAL honest with ourselves, aborted fetuses have been used in COSMETICS, which is simply sickening and evil on it's own.

Videos like this make it hard to even defend PP at ALL. But it does more, it shows how BAD "Liberalism" is these days...which has become some weird Tyrannical Anti-Human/Anti-American brand of Fascist Cult of Personality.

The last 7 years has kicked "Liberalism" into some weird hyperdrive of depravity where I don't even recognize this country anymore and have the most sour taste in my mouth for the Left. The more I see videos like this, the more I want to walk away from all things "Left". "Liberalism" has truly become a Cancer on us all. At this point it's been too much.

Whelp, until you can get better numbers, those are the numbers we have to go by and I don't have any reason to declare that the numbers were obtained fraudulently. I mean do you HONESTLY think that abortion services account for more than 3% of PP's services JUST because they say so? If you think so, then what do you think is the real percentage and why?

If you think for one second that all one needs to show the 'depravity' of Liberals circa 2015, are these PP videos, then you haven't been paying attention.

The entire philosophy of "Liberalism" (Leftist Fascism) has become synonymous with failure, deceit, negligence, unethical behavior...the older I get the more I see how "Liberalism" or "Progressivism" is just the OPPOSITE of what it claims.

Cosmetics have been developed from discoveries in the lab which came from biopsies of fetal tissue. Contrary to how you make it sound there are no baby parts in cosmetics.

I'm not sure you are looking to actually learn anything about this and have thus already predetermined your conclusion on the matter.

Assuming for the moment the video WAS legitimate, why are we concerned with what happens to aborted fetal tissue? If the mother, for all intents and purposes, consents to the tissue being used, how is it any different than an organ donor? Or to phrase the question another way, what if this was a "leaked video" from, say, a morgue? And the remains in question had been donated legitimately?

I'm probably just going to post and run, as I'm tired of debates on abortion and whether it is abhorrent or not, so here goes:

While I'm generally opposed to elective abortions, with only one or two exceptions, IF a woman is going to have an abortion and there are parts of that baby that can go to help others who will be born, why isn't this aspect of it a good thing? It's apparent that the patient signs off on the donation process, it appears that, since it enters into a grey area concerning changing up procedures because of donation, PP is going to take that matter to people who can address that concern, and these parts truly could make a good thing come from a terrible procedure--why wouldn't I be okay with these aspects of it?

Look, like I said (and some of you have witnessed in other threads on here), I absolutely abhor the practice of elective abortions, and I truly think that PP was created and exists based on a foundation of evilness, but tissue donation is a good thing.

The main issue that I have problems with is that they're taking money for it. Set aside the fact that this appears to be illegal, it just seems unconscionable to me. Of course, this is based on ignorance--from what I've read, the cost of organ donation is applied to the family of the recipient, but I have no idea if the hospitals make a profit from that. So, obviously, money is exchanged in legal, normal organ donations, but it's obviously not done by sitting down with a hospital administrator and outright buying the organs.

There's a massive creepiness factor to these videos, and that's what really rubs me the wrong way--people laughing about it, wanting Lamborghinis, wanting to negotiate a higher price, etc. It reeks of black-market dealings, to me, and apparently, there's a reason for that.

But the end result could be a good thing, as mothers consent to the donations, and little baby lives could be saved. In this instance, I think the potential to save a human life outweighs my disgust for the process of the negotiations.

I'd still like to see the elective abortion (with an exception or two) be stopped and a respect for human life restored.

Yeah, I don't think I'll check back in on this, just wanted to put in my two cents...but maybe that's too low. Let's make it five cents...I want a Shelby A/C Cobra 428.
