the fact is that there something run by 20/20 that I believe all of what I saw on the video I watched was. and well, it caused an uproar and they did already have a congressional investigation over it.

Well as Benevolent Heretic has already pointed out twice now, Planned Parenthood responded to the allegations and admits to the practice. So I'd say its a pretty safe conclusion to jump to.

Well that wasn't something I was aware of when I posted the response. Again, I'm unable to view the video. I was just asking a question that needed answering if we are to explore all avenues of discourse here. Though, I hope you are willing to admit that the video itself was heavily edited to entrap the lady doing the sale like BH has shown twice now.

He came to the decision because the donation of fetal tissue is not in violation of the US code. Receiving fees for preservation and transport, etc., is also not in violation of it. Please read the entire law. I have posted it 3 times now. 42-289G-2

Section A: "Purchase of tissue
It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly acquire, receive, or otherwise transfer any human fetal tissue for valuable consideration if the transfer affects interstate commerce." This is DONATION not purchase.

Section E 3: "(3) The term “valuable consideration” does not include reasonable payments associated with the transportation, implantation, processing, preservation, quality control, or storage of human fetal tissue." The fees discussed are reasonable for these purposes.

That's pretty much a description of how men (and women) have always behaved.

What are the babies used for then I'm sure there not lighting firecrackers in them dancing around. If they are not using them for stem cells than organs for other babies to help them live.its a sad subject but you have to do something special with the aborted fetuses or your just throwing them out like trash
