I don;t know about the whole solar system but…

On Earth, the overall volcanic activity increased 500 percent from 1875 to 1975, while the earthquake activity has increased by 400 percent since 1973. Dr. Dmitriev says that comparing the years 1963 to 1993, the overall number of natural disasters — hurricanes, typhoons, mud slides, tidal waves, etc. — has increased by 410 percent.

Could this also be attributable overall to increased monitoring of events due to ever increasing instrumentation placed around the globe and in earth orbit?

Mother Earth is getting ready to BLOW HER STACK...because she's freaking sick and tired of being treated like garbage. She's ready to shake off our particular species of parasite...it would be nice if we could wake up, smell the bacon and try treating her with a bit more respect. (Nice if we treated each other same...but I'm not holding my breath.)

inanimate?

"Consider the movement of the earth's surface with respect to the planet's center. The earth rotates once every 23 hours, 56 minutes and 4.09053 seconds, called the sidereal period, and its circumference is roughly 40,075 kilometers. Thus, the surface of the earth at the equator moves at a speed of 460 meters per second--or roughly 1,000 miles per hour.."

I think we will do ourselves in before the earth even hiccups. Its been going around the sun forever and will continue to do so.

The analogy I pick is the comet impactor, the one where they slammed a washing machine size copper slug into that comet to measure the elements in the cloud?

Temple One

My point is that some astrophysicist was asked what effect it would have on the comet. His response (paraphrased)--

"About the same as a cricket would have being run over by a Mac Truck."

Read that none at all.

We may pollute the earth beyond surviving the fallout, toxins and war could do it. But the Earth itself will continue without even noticing.

yes - inanimate - the earth IS an inanimate object - the realities of celestial mechanics aside

I noticet that you silp in,
" I advocate the use of clean energy sources."
in what context are you saying this?
are is it a secret code?

oh and the earth is doomed Doomed!

Weird because heres a graph from, you know, actual scientific instrumentation, clearly showing the suns magnetic field is actually weakening. But not in an OMG WERE ALL DOOMED, STUFF WE DONT UNDERSTAND IS HAPPENING sort of way, more of a normal solar cycle progression sort of way

The tides have not been tracked for that long, there are changes who knows.
Right. You never heard the phrase, "time and tide wait for no man?" Tides have been "tracked" for a very long time. It sort of matters when it comes to matters of shipping. Tide charts sort of need to be accurate. And they are. My boat floated right on schedule.

Actually they haven't. From what I have read it is difficult as the earth is round and there are differences around the world that make it hard to show world data.

The historical sea level data records are from several hundred tide stations around the world, some of which have been in operation for up to a century or more. These stations were not originally installed to study global change

Anyway this is pointless.

Not only have they been tracked as long as humans have sailed the seas, they can be calculated with amazing precision.

I have done the scientific papers reading i think you need to look into it more. it is a very difficult matter with much involved.

Obtaining a Global Average

In trying to produce a meaningful global value for sea level rise one has many problems to overcome.

wow - just wow - that was a very slick ` bait and switch ` - very dishonest - but slick

now to keep you on track :

tide times are predicable - and accurate that was the contention of both phage and bedlam

the twaddle you threw at the thread to obfuscate the issue was random bollox about sea level changes

now please stick to the issue of tide TIMES

Yes and the complexity of the earths bioshpere is far from understood in many ways we are still scratching the surface. We may well be living within a marco organism capable of far more than we presently perceive.

How the heliosphere has been behaving over the recent years is not considered normal by any means. We dont understand what is happening or why its happening. Nor has this pattern of behaviour been seen before.

I simply mean using energy systems that do not pollute the planet and ones that produce waste that can resassimulated back into ecosystems..

There is an interesting documentary called "Magnetic Storm" about ten years old or there abouts that looks at the case for coming pole shift - magnetic pole that is. I found it fascinating and a bit frightening.

I think you can find it at "topdocs".

Apparently, you have not research Nibiru recently. If you don't believe that planet Nibiru is in our orbit, that's ok with me, I am free to express my beliefs. And no one has proved me wrong on this topic except top make Juvenal comments about it. Feel free to poke fun.

Except science..........science and gravity.....but hey I know that whole gravity thing is just a shoddy theory......
