Precisely why they would utilize AI, complete knowledge and programs that can anticipate actions/reactions while hooked to a sensory/information net that is constantly feeding it new info gives it absolute power like no person or even group of people ever could.

They have set up the final parameters for the AI to work within and with autonomous drones at it's command it can instantaneously respond in a real-time environment. Physical troops will be relegated to handling civilians while drones do the heavy lifting. That is the future of warfare and truth be told we have no idea how many drones they may have or what they're capable of. You can bet they have been keeping their best weapons systems secret until it's time to use them. Several trillion $ in unaccounted Pentagon funds could buy a lot of drones couldn't it?

Considering that our increasing ability to destroy ourselves in a moment of insanity first began with the invention of the hydrogen bomb is probably going to continue increasing as we unlock ever higher energy densities (ie: anti-matter, quantum fluctuations/zero point, etc), perhaps we NEED the technology described above to offset our animalistic biases, provincial passions, misunderstood concepts, old hatreds and misplaced fears.

This preventing them from becoming a grand moment of global conflagration?

What if the AI determines that to ensure our survival alot of us need to die? Is it a good AI?

I'm not too sure on the validity of a quantum computer but I'm certain that we have AI for DARPA.

Found a video from YT posted about two weeks ago that states Jade helm is an A.I quantum computing technology which the woman in the video claims is talked about in the JH-PDF, supposedly it can map our brains and read our thoughts, it could be true, not sure but time will tell, take a look and listen for yourself. Also the person who posted the YT video said in the comment section that he has been having problems with Twitter and YouTube after uploading the video: "I have tweeted this video like 3 times in 3 days and now I can no longer post on twitter! I got this and have no idea why? I can't even unlock it, as it won't accept my phone number, it say "INTERNAL SERVER ERROR" when I attempt to UNLOCK my account via giving them what they are asking for, which is my phone number! They never ask me for anything for the entire year I've been on twitter. I post this video and now they # me... This is TOTAL BULL#!!! Also, YouTube seems to be glitching out! Every time I open the page to THIS VIDEO the blue bar with "There are comments awaiting approval. Review Comments" shows up despite the fact that no new comments are there!!! What does that mean I wonder?!? Perhaps YT is deleting comments before I can even review them to see if they actually are spam or not? Anyone...? Your account has been locked. Your first link is broken. Your second link describes work being done by a scientist unrelated to Jade Helm. Your third link is a pdf file describing some command and control software unrelated to Jade Helm. I'm unable to watch you tube videos where I'm at.
In short, I find insufficient evidence to convince me that
- Jade Helm is anything other then a mundane military exercise being performed by the US military.
- Jade Helm is being run by software running on a quantum computer that has magical superpowers
- The quantum computer uses a holographic interface.
- The magical quantum computer is going to take over the world, turn all our children into homosexual communists and cancel Christmas.
