According to Deuteronomy 27:6 the stones of the altar are supposed to be uncut/unworked.

Also, the altar was to have 'horns' at each corner.

Because we don't know how it will fall out exactly?

We can hope for that scenario, but it could also be that we'll be stuck here with everyone else till the end. It could also be that we are removed midway through.

Anyone who tells you they know for sure is operating off of belief and nothing more.

So again, we watch and prepare ourselves spiritually and understand what the beginning of the end and the end itself may call us to undergo.

They were looking for a warrior king rather than a humble teacher and so failed to recognize Him when He was right there. They will not fail to recognize Him the second time because He will come back as the warrior king ... or at least, that's how He is described.

Most of the "evil" you speak of is done by the religious minded people who would naturally be on your side. This world's constant state of war is perpetrated by our governments. Last i checked, a shocking majority of them are evangelical christians who keep making decisions that would naturally lead to situations that will appear to fulfill these absurd prophesies.

You people gobble that # up like its all laid out just for you because it is. You support the fear mongering and feel justified about your beliefs because you support the con. It is a circular argument and you gobble up any scrap of story that is thrown out to you. You want to belive the book so bad, that you would accept anything said in a youtube video that supports it. You scour the internet accepting every end times revelation made by people you've never met before. The crazier, the better for most of you. All along, dismissing the fact that thousands of youtube "prophets" fail every day.

It's a skipping record, or a cd track left on repeat. You people seek out this doom because you want to be justified for believing it and preaching it your whole lives. Fear is what religion spreads. Not well being.

Well I won't disagree with you that the crazies are running the asylum, but I don't think that "god-fearing" is any part of their decision making process.

Christian is christian to me. I don't make much distinction. If you are preaching the end times, i have no problem labeling them evangelical. There are so many denominations, what does it matter which kind of christian is trying to make laws for me based on their fears. One merely asked him to take them off the cross if He was the Son of God that they might all escape. The second thief owned his sins and had faith that Christ was who He claimed to be. He was forgiven.

Here is the apathy that religion breeds. "Let god sort it out". This leads people to not take responsibility. Why would people intervene in a bad situation when they think that everything is gods will or that god will sort it out. Then after they pray and nothing happens, they feel guilty because, they think god doesn't like them. Or god is teaching them a lesson. Which leads to more apathy.

Religion requires your apathy to exist. They rely on your fear to diverge your thoughts and educate yourself. They rely on the fact that you seek answers from your preachers and not from scientific study.

You are basing this off of an anecdotal story that has been changed many times throughout the 1000s of years that it has been spread across the world by threat of death, hell fire, or removal from family and community. Christianity was spread by threat of death. And YOU are still spreading it by threat of punishment.
