Unless, the world already ended and we're all Ghosts. Thus the 'dejavu' effect, where energy still remembers what was but is no more.

For what it's worth, I think the first we'd hear about a time travel attempt working is not the day they attempt it. It would be someone from the future coming back and saying "Lookie.. I invented time travel and it works!" to folks in the past.

So.. I predict a lack of success in this attempt. ; )

Prediction:

She will hide in her house for about 2 days, then re-emerge with the story that she instantaneously traveled 2 days into the future.

Well, this is interesting...since I discovered the group behind this (Big Shiny Ideas), the page I found the info on has disappeared! ( www.bizdb.co.uk... )

It was run by the same woman who placed the Gumtree ad (Anna Rose Slingo .. Twitter ), who happens to be a social media manager, and the map placed them directly at the same spot the Gumtree ad was placed.

Thank goodness for screenshots....



Gotta love it when people fall for viral marketing.

clearly that is more evidence that it works - the webpage has shifted back in time to some time where web pages don't exist any more!

Time travel might happen in a different dimension where the travelers can not effect the past but only observe it.

In which case people are watching us right now and we don't even know it. The cool thing about that is, people would be able to go back in history and establish the true reality of it.

She created the Time Machine, and all of its controls....but doesn't know what the machine was instructed to do? I don't buy it.

Hawking explains it very clearly that time travel may be possible but only into the future

Viral marketing stunt....same as all the other hyped up promos. Usually the hype is inversely proportional to the product they are trying to push, so this ought to be a big pile of you know what.
