Is that the Swedish term for perestroika?

Not really sure what your angle is, other than flooding this thread with diversive remarks.

You might find the pattern, otherwise its just jibberish. Look into nature how a animals behave, humans does not exist they are a fantasy, We are monkeys not humans, ideals is not part of nature its a thought.

God created the first humans in the image of God, in the likeness of God (Genesis 1:26-30).
Humans does not exist, they are a idealistic image of perfection. You are a monkey.

You really dont want Swedes outside of Sweden, we will destroy anyones reality. Swedish culture is almost 200.000 years old, yours is 400 years.

We make fun of you sometimes, cause you are children who knows very little.

Games of thrones, you know nothing.

Short answer? Nope.

Long answer? The required antenna to broadcast ELF is also hundreds to thousands of miles long. Here is a really great read (PDF) on the military's project for communicating with submerged vessels: The World's Largest "Radio" Station

One of the great difficulties associated with the use of ELF for communication purposes, is the problem of generating a useful signal. The physical size of an antenna that can produce a useable signal with reasonable efficiency is inversely proportional to the frequency.

The Wisconsin antenna consists of two lines, each about 14 miles long. The Michigan antenna uses three lines, two about 14 miles long and one roughly 28 miles long... A 165-mile underground cable connects the two sites which have a typical operating frequency of 76 Hz. Due to its low frequency, the antenna systems is huge: a directly-generated electromagnetic wave at 76 Hz has a wavelength of 2,452 miles.

Both the Clam Lake (WI) and Republic (MI) installations were closed and dismantled in 2004. I'm actually only about two hours away from where Republic was. Now I believe they use trailing VLF antenna off E-6 Mercury as the primary means of communications.

Also, I just realized I made an error in my last post. I stated that ELF is 3 to 30 Hz. The correct range is 3 Hz to 30 kHz. Not sure if I still have time to go back and edit that.

Would it be possible for the cell phones to substitute the array? Millions of cell phones instead of miles of antenna?

One thing is for certain with technology, as time progresses it becomes more compact.

Funny, for children our grammar seems more refined than yours.

You got any evidence or....anything to prove swedes are 200 thousand years old, maybe take a picture of the ivory tower you live in....

I'll wait right here.

Very, very doubtful. Aside from the technical aspects of the antenna being very, very fluid (cell phones are typically on the move with their owners), it would be a power hog. One of the main reasons for the decommissioning and dismantling of the two Project Sanguine antennas was due to the inefficiency in power required. On top of that, due to the wavelength it can take a lengthy time for an ELF signal to complete. When seconds count, waiting on a GO or NO GO for launch isn't so much desired. Going even beyond that, ELF is also very susceptible to interference from natural sources (i.e. lightning) and man-made sources (i.e. power lines).

You can use technology to make things smaller, but the wavelengths of ELF frequencies would stay the same. Even with electrical lengthening you can still only make something so small. That's why a lot of the communications have moved to VLF from aircraft. It doesn't penetrate around the globe as ELF does, but it's more compact and faster transmission rates due to a shorter wavelength, among other reasons.

ELF would be approximately 1hz to 300hz. Not 30khz.
