Cell phones work at 800/850/900 MHz or 1800/1900 MHz or a combination of those. Because of the short wave lengths, only a small antenna is necessary. ELF works at 3 Hz to 30 kHz. The wave lengths for these frequencies are extremely long. Far too long, in some cases thousands of miles, for a cell phone to pick up.

On a side note, ELF is fairly neat since it travels very long distances and can penetrate sea water. It's used for communicating with submerged vessels.

Pretty awesome movie though.

There are a handful of technologies that can be utilized to bypass the conscious, and go straight to the subconscious, but what you're talking about is something that activates people like a "Manchurian candidate". Not gonna happen unless a person or persons have been "programmed" over a period of time to respond to certain frequencies, timings, or messages. It would be possible to do this on a large scale, but it is not possible to guarantee large scale success. There will always be those who diverge from the pattern.

ETA: Take a look at Silent Sound Spread Spectrum(SSSS) and Silent Subliminal technology. Both of these make use of a higher than human hearing frequency with an embedded voice frequency, making them consciously undetectable, but easily picked up by the subconscius mind through most audio electronics, no matter cheap the speakers.

How successful for a large-scale signal? 20%? 30?

Maybe it only needs a few individuals, or Manchurian candidates, to further a certain agenda. How fine tuned has the 'programming' process gotten? Does it takes years? Weeks?

A few years ago, I was watching the local news, I had recently eaten dinner and was not hungry. For no reason at all, I get up and pour myself a bowl of cereal. I sat back down, began eating, and as soon as I did, the news caster starts reporting on how more people are eating breakfast foods for dinner. I suddenly stopped, and just looked at the bowl, I asked myself why am I eating this, I'm not even hungry. I have no way to corroborate this story, but whether you believe it or not; that is what I experienced.

I see the main theme of population reduction as coming to fruition. Most likely a multi-pronged approach: war, disease, famine, contraception, promotion of homosexuality, and abortion.

I believe the Pope recently came out as calling 'climate change' the most important moral dilemma of our time. I think he mentioned contraception as one of the solutions.

Is there a way to convert frequencies? For instance, a phone is programmed to receive let's say a 700 Mhz frequency and outputs an ELF signal?

EDIT: I agree, the movie was pretty good. My only qualm was the noise the suppressors made were not realistic(unless they doused them in water first).

It should work in theory actually. You make a slight change from 432Hz to 440Hz, ( Shhh, secrets of Augustmasonics ) and decalcify the pineal gland. And you should have a fight mode, not a flight mode.

Apologies, the Pope specifically was disputing the idea that contraception is a viable solution for climate change.

i think that they are trying to tell us that there are currently forces trying to depopulate civilization
that they are heads of state,members of powerfull corporations and certain royal families involved as well.
