I have a great deal of his music, such beauty.

Humanity is suddenly significantly less interesting today.

I like this quote

"I can hear BB King with the sound off on the TV, just by lookin at his face" - Carlos Santana

That sums the big man up right there.

R.I.P.
One of my favorite Bluesmen of all time.
I'm scrapping my set list for my radio show tomorrow and replacing with all B.B. King for the first two hours.

Aww, so sad.

That really is sad.

The Thrill is gone. Sorry if it has been posted already but..

Good-bye B.B. King, American legend.

BTW, the last time I was in Memphis there was at the Welcome Center on I-40 just before crossing to Arkansas, statues of Elvis and B.B. King.

Not only a loss for the Blues but Rock 'n Roll too.

RIP.

The final word belongs to King himself, testifying on the healing quality of the genre he embodies.

“I’m trying to get people to see that we are our brother’s keeper,” King has said. “Red, white, black, brown or yellow, rich or poor, we all have the blues.”
