How to produce free electricity for your entire home and business.

This all sounds wonderful. Until authorities show up at the doorstep of your place of business, throwing down violations and citations against your "free electricity." Taxing you, forcing a court ordered removal or disassembly of your "components", insurance rates go up. You lose your business.

But yeah, there are some identifiably good basis' for your ideas...

In your 40 years of interest you've probably noticed the obvious flaw. We've been spoilt with massive quantities of cheap, quick energy. Oil, coal, nuclear. The fantasy is we can produce a similar amount of energy through 'renewables', (puke), or magic devices. We can generate power using alternatives. Much less power. Using much less is the only way forward. The profiteers in the alternative energy world rely on keeping alive the myth there is a replacement. There is no replacement, just vastly reduced consumption.

My reason for puking at the word 'renewables' is bitter personal experience of the snake oil salesmen infesting the alternative energy market.

Nothing worked so far. But I'm not given up so soon. I have found an exploit still looking for practical means to make theory work.

I spent a not insignificant amount of time in the machine shop as a kid trying to come up with various ways to do this, only to find yet another example of how my visualization didn't match reality.

In a way, I'm really kind of hoping that nobody solves the problem of producing cheap, clean, affordable energy.

What would the be the obvious result? More damned people being born. More water needed. More land to grow crops. More heat generated. More noise. More resources being depleted. I guess that would be "progress," huh?

A while back I came to the realization that it wasn't aggression or wars or fighting that was going to kill off humanity, but love and our willingness to tear everything up in order for us to have children and keep our loved ones alive and healthy for as long as possible. "Free" energy would just accelerate that.

I think people set their sights too high. In this universe, everything eventually runs down or out of fuel. The Earth can sail around the Sun for 4 billion years or so, but it's not perpetual by any means. It will eventually either fall into the Sun, or more likely the Sun will burn up its fuel and expand to swallow the Earth.

So the trick would not be to build a perpetual motion machine, but just a simple machine where you minimize all the resistance and friction so that it runs for a relatively long time, and not worry if it needs a little boost once in a while from an external source.

So it's not about getting the energy for "free," it's more about optimizing the energy that's translated into getting the thing to work. Energy that is ordinarily "wasted." I'm thinking about something like a flywheel that requires you to ride a bike for 15 minutes a day while it powers your house. Hey, you need exercise anyway. And exercising is going to make you naturally warmer, so you don't need to heat or cool your house as much. So you just took the energy that it took to make the magnets and the flywheel and coils and the computers and more efficiently amortized the cost.

Used ZERO gasoline, didn't actually require a power source. The guy had a working proptype capable of over 100 mph.

Typical conspiracy quote, what people seem to forget when talking about this BS is that oil companies don't just produce FUEL. Oil is used in a VAST number of products, for every barrel of oil just less than half is made into fuel the rest makes or is used in the process of making other products.

So if less was needed for fuel the oil companies can make profits for longer on the other products remember the bulk of fuel cost is TAX the oil company doesn't get that!

You're not the only one who's been thinking about it, I think flywheel energy storage is a great idea. This is no myth. Does anyone know what the state of the art is with these things these days? I know the concept has been around for quite some time, I remember reading about it in engineering handbooks from the 1970's. If you had magnetically suspended bearing surfaces you could sure cut down on the friction losses...

I think you're wrong here. I think our messy culture is just that: a culture. A culture that we can supplant with the green living movements now budding around this country and the world. Allow that culture to become the norm, perhaps even the pastime, and see if we don't clean up this beautiful world in three generations or so. All it would take would be some cultural evolution in the right direction.

From that point of view, clean energy sort of becomes the imperative, for our energy production efforts are literally dirty industries. Remove these polluting processes from the equation and the rest is elementary.

What would you do if you where a business man multi-billionaire, and someone brought something to you that would create free electricity from nothing more than the atmosphere? Let's say it is a product that makes everything self contained that never needs charging, never needs solar, wind or water to supply the power, and will power everything from your TV to an airliner. Does not produce any pollution and it recyclable that contains nothing harmful to the environment if it found its way to a landfill? This product could be placed within a machine anywhere in the world, that draws its power from the earth's magnetic field. This product will produce its own power to even distill or purify water. These units even make the power grid, and power lines obsolete. Not only this, it also will provide free wireless internet throughout the entire world.
How and what would you do to introduce this product to the world to know it would be accepted for increased development? To give you an idea of the size, to power the motor in an electric car it weighs around 100 pounds. To power your HVAC unit in your home, it weighs less than 50 pounds. To power a 747 its weight is around 6,000 pounds.

You are someone that is a US citizen, and are afraid that if it is built in another country the US would have to pay for it. You also are someone that has to make sure the military of the US has the power to defend this invention, because other countries should have to pay for its use, just like they charge us for oil and other imported items. You want the products it powers made in the United States, so the investor cannot be a globalist.
Now there has been a business agreement made that ensures the inventor and the investors' family profits from this -not the investor himself. The products it is inserted in, will cost no more than they do today, however. Now you should all know who the investor is. I am not going to tell you, but he is running for office, so you should know who it is. If the investor does not win the office, you will never see this device until years to come, and only this under very difficult circumstances. Starting four years ago, the Invention was starting to be scrubbed from the Internet, so today it will be very difficult to find. The contract that was made, was made to make sure the Inventor was well compensated, and the billionaire doesn't need the money. So, unless the Billionaire is elected, don't expect to see this, or ever use this invention. I will also add that if the investor is elected, the contract states that a very series of things has to happen, so even if the investor is elected, it will take a year or two before its introduction the world. Before closing, I want to tell you that the government, oil companies auto companies and other politicians are nosing into this, try to find out what it is, but believe this or not, most likely the major components of this invention is sitting a few feet from you. The building of this product will create millions upon millions of jobs, and much more, to even ensure freedoms the forefathers of the US could ever dream about. You need to think hard and heavy why a billionaire would run for a major political office. Under the contract, and the few that know about the contract itself, purely states that if the investor does not win the office he is running for, will resume his regular business.

I guess by these standards, a battery is "free" energy. It is free, in between time when it has to be recharged.

There is no such thing as "free" energy, unless it go for wind, wave, solar etc., but then there's an investment cost.

There are plenty of examples of these types of devices, some seem legit. I like the mechanical ones that use springs and counterweights. But also we have solar and wind, both very viable ways to generate energy. Many people dont use these just out of lack of knowledge or laziness. I know University of AZ was working on a hydrogen generator years ago that used solar to produce hydrogen during the day to burn at night. I think true over unity is a bit out there, but there are many alternative energy sources available. People choose not to use them for some reason. Tesla was working with tuning in to energy, like a radio does to get chanels. I believe this is also a viable way to get energy though i admit i dont know exactly how it works. But realize the earth is a gigantic dynamo, like an electric motor, so it shoud work if you could tune to the right frequency.
