Its funny because I just saw about the earthquake and the first aid is coming from the US and you have China and India doing nothing. I'm not surprised at this everyone hates the USA until they need some type of aid or humanitarian relief or military help.

The UK members are probably the most hypocritical considering they get all the rewards of our bad behavior and take less of the slack.

China is just smart about it. They help no one don't police the world and is by the far the biggest threat considering their alliance with Russia.

Yes, we are more welcoming of different cultures than the British. I've noticed that as well.

That being said, lets see what happens this year when the US removes restrictions for Oil exports. Then, we don't need to police the Persian Gulf, and they can all kill each other to their hearts content.

If the UK keeps pissing Putin off, who are you going to buy your oil from? Chinese owned Canadian companies? Fat chance, seeing as we killed the pipeline project to the Gulf.

One of only two countries in the world which taxes it's citizens on income earned while they are overseas, Eritrea is the other one.
Millions of folk still without health insurance.
Death penalty
Foods which are banned from import into the UK/EU...

I have nothing against any US person who lives a mostly kind life as I do, but the poll result is hardly a surprise, although I am surprised such a high percentage of US based members voted for their own country.

If this survey was exclusively measured on ats; this survey is laughable at best. Surely this is not a representative sample of the general population. The post should say the polls are in, this is how ats generally thinks. At face value it falls apart. You're surveying a specific niche of people who are predisposed to be skeptical and mistrusting of governments, and the one they mistrust the most is the US government. Before offering and credibility to these results it would be important to show the methodology of the survey. If you cannot present this data in a way that could land it in a journal, I would simply consider this a novelty of sorts.
