Thanks for asking NIght...I've run out of time since I am not always sitting by my daughter's bedroom door...
and the weather's been nice so we have been outside more! YAY!
They are calling for a chance of snow on Monday...boo...all of the Daffodils and Dogwood blossoms will suffer...

I have been thinking about my little bird. I know where I want to go with her. See in the story she is planning an escape but, when she realizes where she is going...she may change her mind.
It will soon be revealed who her captor is as well...

Thanks! I had fun writing it. I seem most inspired at night, I could have gone on and on. Yes I was worried about what Troll would do out there. It will certainly be challenging for me to keep up with his antics.

Thank you Night.

I was planning on going into town today to do some shopping. They said we wouldn't be getting snow until tonight.

This morning it was raining cats and dogs. I went downstairs for no more than 3 1/2 minutes and I come back up and the rain had changed into heavy snow and hasn't stopped. The temperature took a big dive. It was in the 40's and it dropped down to 33 degree's in that little time.
We already have an inch so far.

I'm stuck at home. And I don't wanna clean house

LOL! No one wants to clean the house, we just do it because we have to. Do it when you feel like it and don't worry. We won't look. LOL

If I may suggest, should you choose the paper bag option over sleep or surgery, there are many fine seasonal gift bags, and you could even engage your boys and Chrissie in decorating brown paper bags.
It could be something the family could enjoy together. You would be a "model".

I kill most of what I plant except green beans, nasturtium and Jerusalem artichokes. I don't kill trees, they seem to be able to handle me, I plant a seed or a sapling and it grows. Oh I have peppermint too.
You got snow, ahhh I am sorry, we just got boat loads of lovely rain.
Night your story line was wonderful. We need a "cloud" some where so it all comes together.
Martin I too just sit down and relax here. My blood pressure goes from 150 + over 110 to normal. Hay we could generate revenue for ATS on our own "Holistic Homeopathic Cure for All"

It has been a blustery day and night. I am grateful the temperature is so low because the winds could carry tornadoes.
We have had them in April.

Ahh the wind. The mighty white pines not only sound like the ocean but when I close my eyes I "see" the ocean, waves crashing and soaring, the wind plays in the branches, touches every needle, in a crescendo of whirling sound.
It is more than "sound' it is physical it touches a primal force.
I close my eyes and they waves crash over me, tidal waves and I open my eyes and I am still standing, alive.
The wind moves as rivers through the forest as "rivers" travel through the ocean.

Spring seems to hold its breath I understand nature but why are we all ways in perpetual anticipation? For the next novelty a Disney land of excitement.
Life takes time. Before you plant the seed you must find it.

My Sister took me out to dinner tonight and we had a fabulous meal and a couple of drinks. Yes I got buzzed on just two drinks. Like I was telling Wis in a PM, black Russians are better than anti-anxiety meds any day! But...I can't go that route because then I'd screw up my liver. LOL
