You think just because they haven't done things to people personally people should just look the other way when they commit their crimes and anyone that doesn't just has hate in their hearts. That is an accusation any day of the week.

I wonder how many of you have read the torah and the way the goy e.g. us are to be treated, exploited etc. That's supposedly a religious text and its something that would shock you. That teaching goes into the formative years and when one looks at who controls the banking system of the world and the exploitation I don't need to say any more.

Also Golda Meir when pressed would not rule out destroying other countries if Israel were to be destroyed during an interview which I saw years ago. We give Israel aid yet no one there is starving whereas that money should be going to countries that desperately need it - why - and why do our politicians - those who are not jewish on our front benches and fully support israel succumb to Israeli politics when they would;t accept those same politics from any other country in the world, especially the deliberate slaughter of civilians in Gaza etc.

I an not fan of Israel and now with their nuclear submarine I see them as one of the biggest threats to peace in the ME and further. Iran may say anti israel things - many say anti Saudi and certainly anti UK things, things but the Saudi's, UK and other countries don't cry or illegally enter other country and kill their scientists etc.

Israel is in a unique position because if you have Jewish people sitting in parliaments in countries around the world, they are in a position to directly influence that parliament - without any reference to the people of that country. We don't have French, Chinese, American individuals in our parliament but we do have potential Israeli dual passport holders who should not be involved in Israeli/UK politics because of vested interest and relatives in Israel. Its time to stop this infiltration into British politics which part explains the aid to Israel which many Brits would never agree to unless it was genuinely needed and not for weapons. Our own army needs that finance thank you and aid when ex soldiers leave it.

It doesn't matter that they have done nothing to me personally, the problem is what they stand for.
the problem is how this is the only religion in our times that still settles it's problems with murders and rape.
In january more than 2000 people died as a result of the actions of islamist extremist.
So in january 2015, by number of deaths, there was another 9/11.
Just what, yesterday i think 147 kids in kenya died for the same reasons.

They have done nothing to me personally, but why am i not allowed to say that there is a problem here, and a pretty big one?

Respect to you as an ATS member and In no way getting at you personally just debating this topic, you left out Syria which has undoubtedly land Israel, as also with Lebanon would like to grab. However you need to ask the question why has Islamic ISIS not directly attacked Israel? After all its got to be one of their enemies - unless its quietly supporting them and using their horrific actions as a means for propaganda against Western sensibilities. The pilot who witnessed the USA dropping supplies to ISIS made a claim many of us would not doubt. The USA seems to be Israel's lap dog financially without any choice given to its citizens.

How has Israeli politics affected me - by taking my tax money and getting my country to fight wars the public would never agree to, the damage to our soldiers, the banking system which screws everyone in the world - savers given pittance interest whilst no one asks about where that money they should be receiving has gone. By manoeuvring Jewish people into pleas of power within our legal system, government, education etc etc all of which protect jewish interests. I don'[t know whether you saw a recent Question Time on our TV it was hijacked by a bully raucous Jewish group shouting down a speaker whom they had gone to obviously silence. Even the Chairman was horrified but he ended up praising a few Jewish families for the 'contribution they make to Britain' ever hear that one for say the Indians who have settled here? No a fear of upsetting this set of bullying chosen people was patently obvious.

Scientific surveys of Iraqi deaths resulting from the first four years of the Iraq War found that between 151,000 to over one million Iraqis died as a result of conflict during this time. A later study, published in 2011, found that approximately 500,000 Iraqis had died as a result of the conflict since the invasion.

hey settle down there big guy, as Israel has huge investments all around the world, has its fingers in nearly every political pie, well you could say its whole fist in America's political pie i could pretty much say the whole world has been effected in some way by Israels massive tendrils of power influencing or victimising thier day in some way.

And you are accusing everyone that speaks out against israel of hating them. You are purposely trying to muddy the waters by claiming some sort of antisemitism just because people haven't had things done personally to them. The majority of those, myself included, who speak out have nothing against the normal citizens of israel but don't like those who perpetuate the slaughter of the Palestinians. Do you are either A) trolling by accusing members or B) willfully muddying the waters trying to make a point. Which is it?

As much of a cliche this may come across as, I have no issue with Jewish people. Well, to be honest the only Jewish people I even know of personally are the New York Hollywood ones on my tv. Why are they so funny, that's all I want to know? Is it something to do with there culture?

Anyway....... I don't even particularity have an issue with the Israelis. I mean, if I was in there shoes I'd probably be demanding what I considered as my land back as well.

What I do have an issue with is the fanatical Christians who support them and who used there power and bombs to help get the Israelis there apparent land back and then use this self filling prophecy to claim evidence of the bible holding true.

I mean, the only bit of evidence that the Jewish people even owned Israel comes from the bible and that was like 5000 years ago anyway. Why would the western world be such bleeding hearts for the Israelis cause, who supposedly owned there land 5000 years ago, but then be so cold to the Australian Aboriginals, who we know for a fact owned this land, like only 200 years ago?

Yeah, I get world war 2. But that was over 80 years ago and it sure as hell is no justification to bring misery down on a whole other culture of people.

The Western world should of just stayed out of it from the start and let the Israelis and Palestinian's sock it out between themselves, imo.

I think the only ones who hate Israel with a passion are the Arabs who's houses were destroyed by bulldozers and who's family were shot.

My only concern regarding the op, is why cant honest questions about israel and the me etc be asked without responses like the above? WHO wants to preach about hatred again? It sure as hell wasnt the op in this case, but we see this every day now on ats! The mods should remove posts like this, they probably will but not soon enough.
