As I said - obviously there are people paid by Russia to go out and spread positive disinfo about Putin and the Kremlin. BUT, many of the people out there spreading the positive lies are doing so without pay. They do it because they are indoctrinated and/or have hate so they ignore the Putin/Kremlin negative and make up a positive to frost over top of the crap. A lot of the pro-putin lies and pro-kremlin lies aren't posted by paid shills, they are posted by indoctrinated or hateful people blathering on.

Tor servers can be blacklisted as well as VPN's. No chatting on the net anonymously will really suck, but if the trolling and propaganda gets that bad you have to stop it.

It's nothing new. People do it on all sides. But I have to admit, the Russian trolls are incredibly bad at it, I actually read their comments for a laugh n chuckle.

Picking a troll out isn't hard, interestingly there is a very small handful of smart ones I've found over the years and they are quite fascinating to watch, it's like a song when they write. They are usually American, so they must have better training than the Russians
One thing for sure, its never the posters who get yelled " you're a troll and shill" by someone sulking because simply they disagreed with them on a topic, that is a stupid and childish debate pattern people have picked up over the years.

But anyhoo, yeah the Russians are really really really bad at it. Don't get angry with them, sit back and enjoy the show I say

So the atrocities that Russia has been involved in are okay for you...very telling.

Funny but this site is worldwide and many who you have deemed Americans have explained to you that is a fallacy yet you still feel the need to consider everyone who see through the crap an American...again very telling.

Having seen how comment sections in The Netherlands and Germany, which are not infected with paid posters, and how they are actually evolving in these matters...there are only two options left, either Americans are paranoid as hell, or it`s a common tactic to try and discredit members by making the impression there are a bunch here on this forum.

Do you think the people who run this site do not see through the crap...which btw has international moderators not just American so it can't be just an American problem that see the Russian trolls for who they are.

And because a bunch think I am, but I `m not, the only logical conclusion can be after that, either paranoid or a deliberate tactic.

Well the way you constantly parade the Russian media as the last bastion of truth could be one reason, but when you decide to consider anyone who doesn't tow the precious Putin is the innocent victim line you pretty muchgive away what your doing here...again when the truth hits to close to home you become defensive...again very telling.

I agree, I know I see their trollery coming g a mile away.

At which point I troll them back, and get them to show their patterns by pointing out uncomfortable facts.

They never address any good points they either deflect or ignore.

And very rarely argue against them.

I have even left holes in my wording, that they don't catch, as either they or their translation software aren't well enough versed in western culture or the English language to see it.

Good times though for an old school troll like myself.
