Denmark is already part of nato,they were a founding nation, they were asked if they wanted in on the missile defense system and then got threatened.

How anyone with even half a functioning brain cannot appreciate how hundreds of 'missile shield' sites will not be solely equipped with only 'defensive missiles' is beyond credulity.

Each site will consist of multiple missiles, similar to a patriot system on steroids...but of course, secreted within all of these systems, will be functioning, mid-range offensive missiles.

Anyone who has even the slightest amount of common sense really ought to, at the very least suspect it.

Why?

It would be a useless move.

The US alone has more missiles on it sub's than the world could withstand.

We don't need to add nukes in to the defense shield.

The nukes are covered already.

That's is whyvthe US has scaled back its nuke stockpile.

There is no need to be able to sterilize the surface a thousand times when a couple is more than enough.

I couldn't agreed more.

The need for mudranged systems came and went in the 50s-60s.

We can land nukes on any Russian city in minutes already.

Why waste money on midrange systems in Denmark?

It seems to me Russia is saying, if you won't let us attack you without defense, we will threaten to attack you.

That isn't even a PT boat, they have dual .50cal and torpedos and possibly missile or rocket launchers, as well as light armor.

Plastic a fiberglass is not "light armor".

I see no guns, no Toledo tubes etc.

If that is a "warship" I have been on an aircraft carrier, though I have never left the mainland or been on a single boat in the ocean.
