A Rusian nuclear offensive against US would kill most of the people in the major populated area's so instead of replying from revenge that does nothing but kill more innocent people, wouldn't you too turn the other cheek? When military personnel were tested many refused to push the button so they were taken out of the loop.

Embassys are open 24 hours a day, If theres no one there they cannot answer can they?

If anyone picks up just squeak wrong number and hang up.

My grandma had a rural post office back in the early 80's.

There was a communication box that would alert her to a 4 minuite warning and she had a crank siren to alert the village.

Guess who found the siren and cranked it up?

I got in a bit of trouble for that!

This was just tweeted one hour ago, it's reported to be "removal trucks" arriving at, and surrounding the Kremlin.

How do we know they are removal and not delivery trucks?

They might be having new office furniture delivered?

Outside of North America, moving vans/trucks are commonly referred to as "Removal Trucks."

It could be as mundane as a new baby in the Kremlin.

It looks like the trucks are part of some major, rapid construction right next to the Kremlin. These were just tweeted as an explanation for the trucks.

I could be just that...Wouldn't that be a hoot? Maybe Putin just wanted to mess with everyone's head and disappear for a while, during his child's birth. Maybe he plans to get married right away to his GF and the white trucks are for the wedding ceremony?

Well...that would be LAME, IMO, lol.

The trucks are there putting up the stage and lighting etc for the Red Sq event marking the anniversary of Russia stealing Crimea from Ukraine. There's other images of these trucks parked up and the work being done in the Sq.

And on the subject of sirens, we have one thirty feet up on a pole about three minutes walk from my front door. Heard it sound once in 25 years, and that was a scary experience heard from miles around.
I believe it was installed in the 80's, but I think it's still operational.

Our city was still being built in the 80's, there are rumours of all the local government buildings having large bunkers under them. I know for certain that one arms company once based here had an underground section no one was permitted to enter.

An of course they are talking about the access to US for miltary threats.

Maybe there is something going on, bigger than we know.

Between Iran, N korea, and Russia. Who knows, maybe they are planning a spanking for the US.

Countries are already afraid to help Ukraine.
