After watching the video.... The pranksters did not threaten him in anyway. He aggressively assaulted the one guy. That is against the law pretty much everywhere. That may even be considered to be assault and battery.

Considering what's in the 'real stuff' that's one of the worst 'biohazards' there is, stupid guy, and his buddy.
