Looks like Cauldrons have left Russia, this can't be good for Earth

I'm definitely on board with the methane explanation, but when I first heard about these holes my immediate thought was the Russian Cauldrons.

They don't look like anything sunk. There's too much dirt around the hole. Something blew out of those in Siberia.
Blow holes, not sinkholes.

Looking art the size of the holes, there does not seem to be much ejecta, unless it fell back in the hole, also, the sides look like rock, is it rock? or really compacted soil?

Hey, don't be mad at the OP because You missed the documentaries on the Cauldrons. I just know that sinkholes do not have dirt piled up around the rim, not in pics of the others. Although, I think the cauldrons were in a different spot, but it definitely doesn't look natural. There is enough proof of an object intercepting the latest Russian meteorite explosion because of car dash cams, even Russian scientists say that Tunguska had to be intercepted by a weapon.

whaaat? those documentaries provided proof of the cauldrons? I must have seen different documentaries. Did I miss the proof of an object intercepting the Russian meteorite? Please help me and link to such proof.

I have followed this folklore on the cauldrons and I have determined it to be just that. Folklore. There has never been a shred of credible evidence. Some dude poking around in a swamp and saying something is metallic underwater and getting sick isn't proof, nor are neat-o pencil sketches and tribal stories.

Well I'm reading that some are saying they are a pingo.

The resulting eruption could be from a buildup of methane.

I don't know.

I got 170,000 hits on Google for Russian Cauldrons. Seems to be a fair bit of info out there on them and the different hypothesis on their origin and purpose are many. I'm filing this in my WTF file which is getting to be a fair size. I'm not a geologist by practice, however the obvious ejecta around the hole indicates outward thrust of the ground surface as opposed to dropping inward. I find it rather odd that the dispersion of the material to be minimal ... like the force that moved it was not explosive in nature, but rather slow and consistent.

I got 85,000 hits on google for Rainbow Unicorn Farts including 2 videos.....

I wouldn't use that as any measure of credibility.

Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble. Imagine the size of the witch who used those cauldrons.

I guess if you can have aliens you can have the government doing 9/11 too. One fantasy is as good as another.
E joy your thread.

Thanks for the thread OP. Ignore the peeps taking the p. I read about the caualdrons and think it is an intresting subject. Peeps in the past stayed in the them and got sick. The local people would have nothing to do with them they where made of some kind of metal if i remember right.

Instead of laughing about the subject why dont some of you try doing some reading and adding to the thread.

This is what they were meant to look like..

and heres an account if anyone wants to read..

In 1936, alongside the Olguidakh («place with a cauldron») River, a geologist directed by elderly natives came upon a smooth metal hemisphere, reddish in colour, protruding from the ground with such a sharp edge that it «cut a fingernail». Its walls were about two centimeters thick and it stuck out of the ground roughly a fifth of its diameter. It stood leaning over so that it was possible to ride under it on a reindeer. - See more at: eyakutia.com...

Why would these alleged weapons only be found in Russia? If they were left by an advanced species to protect us, wouldn't they be needed to placed around the globe? As once stated in the cinematic epic Armageddon, "Beggin' your pardon, but it's a big-ass sky."

Now, you want to talk about something left to protect us, let's talk termites. (That's a tongue in cheek Arthur C. Clarke reference.)

Edit to add: When I Google searched "cauldron weapon" the only results I could find were for a video game. Could you post some info? You seem like the authority on the topic...

I remember reading an UFO report in France from the 1950's that had something similar. Someone saw a crater, was about to go away to report it, when there was an explosion and they saw what looked like a jellyfish with red spheres underneath (perhaps that a description of a mushroom cloud).

Just throwing in a question here...if these cauldron weapons were meant to go up and destroy incoming rocks - how do we know that isn't what they are doing right now? Maybe the Earth is entering a particularly dense debris field, and they have gone ahead to..."plow the road?"

Or - is there any information regarding the sensitivity of these things? Could they be triggered to launch by the presence of some of our own low orbit space junk?

We might not have been deserted - we might have launched a defense.

Honestly in the 1800's they had the tech to destroy incoming bolides?

Thats not as crazy as it sounds.

It would explain a few things.

How are you proving anything with that video and fancy words

I don't trust what you are telling me.

You honestly think you can tell me with authority these are natural formations that just appeared all over,

Something came out, how does gas escaping like methane produce an anomaly like that.

Thank you for your opinions which I can get from MSM media.

LOL...now this is funny. So you don't believe in a perfectly logical explanation that has occurred before, but you DO believe in one that has no substantive facts or story behind it and is pure conjecture?

Wow...brilliant!

What people are doing on ATS is trying to actually figure things out through research and a bit of science to prove it, not wild conjecture and made up stories of giant asteroid diverting weapons from ancient aliens.

Your world sounds terribly boring

Maybe the Cauldrons were launched to intercept some impact asteroids & that's why we now have the holes? That's how I read the op initially, not that they were removed because we've been given up on. They would have been removed a long time ago if that was the case.

Russia has been getting more meteor sightings & some near impacts than other places, perhaps there's a reason.

I am on the fence about the cauldrons but looking at the photos of these holes, it could be plausible given the size of the hole versus the amount of material around the ridge of the opening. Also, from here, behind my pc screen, it looks like the earth was pushed out so not an impact, maybe something jettisoned from there. One last thing, if they were cauldron type weapons, I would imagine them having a somewhat standard size. Has anybody seen a chart of the various holes and their diameters /depths?

I'll offer it's the breakaways digging out more ancient human high tech, now that they have the tech and numbers to do so and they're tying up the loose ends... maybe they did dig out some old anti asteroid weapons system to leave us ignorant apes to our collective fate as the people in real power have declined to tell us peasants about the whole situation and they figure we all suck and deserve to be bombarded back to the darker ages so that we won't pose a threat and follow them to their new home...

OR the holes are latrines used by the Elder Gods...

Or they have a perfectly reasonable, geologic explanation tied to climate change and melting permafrost. I know which possibility I'd bet on... but all the above scenarios, and more, could be, at least, possible.

This needs to be looked into

Yes exactly, thank you for being a fellow critical thinker

People for some reason just swallow MSM and that's it.
