Definition of genocide
Article 2 of the convention defines genocide as:

Alternatively, if an average black guy in America walked around for 9 hours and was harassed by some white people, would that be proof of an impending genocide against blacks?

It could be anyone from a different culture, venturing into a hostile area or neighbourhood.

It goes on, it is ignorant behaviour, but alas there's an awful lot of ignorant people. Everyone has prejudices, it's whether you choose to act on them that indicates ignorance.

I cannot really see much of journalism in this kind of reporting. There was this moran kid, girl, walking around taking looks on his boobs. Then there was a guy doing pretty much the same (allthough he lacked obvious boobs). And then was this handkerchief wearing mollusk loking fellow now. I mean, what is the point. Yes, he's going around neighborhoods looking like somebody seeking trouble. Would you do that in NYC? Would you walk around Chicago suburbs like that. No, you would dare not do that. But, you can shine your master race, chosen one lore, and go around Paris muslim hoods, and label any sniff and umph you get as something against your race and religion, when it actually is just for you only. And there is nothing racist in that. Its common sense. Something these guys producing these nonsense videos just wont get.

So you are dismissing this story.

Your reasons seem to be, bad neighborhoods will be bad neighborhoods.

The child asking the mother why the Jew doesn't know he will be killed is chilling when European historical context is applied. It doesn't resonate with some but it does with others. You should be at least willing to concede that much.
