Since 2008, Wayne Bent has been in prison, serving a 10-year prison sentence for molesting a 16-year-old girl. Bent has admitted to having intercourse with his female followers, but despite this, he continues to claim to be the Messiah and holds on to the belief that he is innocent and that the government is persecuting him.

Misleading? To help you here, I'll strip the story for all those sidetracks that confuse you:
Saul, who was also called Paul said (to Bar-Jesus which means literally «the Son of Jesus») “You son of the devil...”
Exactly where does it say that he was a self proclaimed prophet?
Acts: 13 6 - 12
6 And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Barjesus:
7 Which was with the deputy of the country, Sergius Paulus, a prudent man; who called for Barnabas and Saul, and desired to hear the word of God.
8 But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith.
9 Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him.
10 And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?
11 And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.
12 Then the deputy, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the doctrine of the Lord.
Acts 13:6-12English Standard Version (ESV)
6 When they had gone through the whole island as far as Paphos, they came upon a certain magician, a Jewish false prophet named Bar-Jesus. 7 He was with the proconsul, Sergius Paulus, a man of intelligence, who summoned Barnabas and Saul and sought to hear the word of God. 8 But Elymas the magician (for that is the meaning of his name) opposed them, seeking to turn the proconsul away from the faith. 9 But Saul, who was also called Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked intently at him 10 and said, “You son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, full of all deceit and villainy, will you not stop making crooked the straight paths of the Lord? 11 And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon you, and you will be blind and unable to see the sun for a time.” Immediately mist and darkness fell upon him, and he went about seeking people to lead him by the hand. 12 Then the proconsul believed, when he saw what had occurred, for he was astonished at the teaching of the Lord.

Indeed it does. Saul is the Devil. Eli Magus Bar-Jesus was the son of Jesus, he was indeed a magician and one powerful enough to match the demons of Beelzebub with the proper deceit and falseness.

But still, unaware of the vomitting, you stood up against me, right before me-- as I revealed the name of the Son of the Seventh Son of the Seventh Son? Hm?

Well, if you want to put it that way, then yeah, I guess so. But the title is in fact misleading, and multiple posters on here have explained why. I've learned a lot myself by reading their posts. Sorry you are taking it so personally.
