Very spirited sermon. It's plain to see that our nation has turned away from the belief system that it was based upon.
Miley's VMA performance and Madonna's Superbowl Baphomet ritual invoked a vision of Sodom and Gomorrah in my mind.

That being said...
There was nothing in this particular video about the financial collapse on Sept 14. Could it be this one that is being referred to?

I would like to see quotes from the speech.

The 2015 part is implied but not addressed specifically in this video. It is referring to sept 13 2015 which is 29 Elul this year (a Hebrew calendar thing). The other video posted in this thread explains it better. I knew nothing of this whole Shemitah / 29 Elul / 7 year thing until a few days ago. Read an article on some blog (I'd link it if I could remember where). Interesting topic but I dont know enough to discuss it intelligently. BTW thanks for the transcript link.

It likely has to do with the Harbinger observations. Cahn's contention is that America was founded as a Covenant nation meaning that the Founding was carried out in a certain ceremonial way that basically put the nation and its people in a Convenant with God. There are a lot of pieces to it, but the assertion is that we have gradually strayed from the path of a Convenant nation and turned our back on God who has been warning us using recent events connected with 9/11 that echo the Convenant Founding ceremony.

His contention is that you can find the same pattern of warnings in the Bible used to warn the tribes when they also strayed from the path of being a Covenant nation, and that we as a people have responded exactly as Biblical Israel/Judea did with pride rather than humility. So the warnings have escalated and we have turned further away.

God only has so much patience and Cahn contends He will humble us. There are other schools of eschatology that see potential trouble this September, too. So Cahn is hardly the only one. He just takes a more Amero-centric angle with it.

Cahn does not have any knowledge worth knowing. His understanding of the Ages is wrong, therefore his understanding of prophecy is totally scrambled, and he doesnt know the first thing about the true hebrew calendar.

You cant understand prophecy if you dont understand the Age(s) they were designed for, and you will never recognise the prophecies if you observe the wrong calendar.

I can agree that the nation with the strongest faith is the Client Nation. If there isnt another Client Nation to take the torch when America finally implodes, then the Rapture will pass the tourch to the 144,000.

We just came off of the doom porn watch for New Jersey and you want to start a new one?
Let's just call it a fail right now and save ourselves the trouble of coming back on the 16th and saying the same thing.

So a religious guy makes statements saying that his invisible sky daddy will do something bad sometime in the future.

What makes this credible?

Our country was founded on the principal of freedom. Not some religion. The only belief system was the one that said man is in charge of his own destiny.
We weren't founded as a Christian nation no matter what some want to believe.

That's just it - You can disbelieve or what have you, but his reasoning goes that at the time, most of the people living in this country were Christian so the ritual and symbolism surrounding the Founding and dedication used that symbolism, the symbolism found surrounding the founding and dedication of Biblical Israel/Judea. You may not take it seriously, you might even take the position that the Founders might not have, but if there is a God (I believe there is), He did. And so long as the majority of the people who lived here lived in a way mostly in accordance with Him and His Law, He was content to bless this country.

God is slow to anger, but once His anger is roused, it is not easily turned aside. So we have reached the point where we are being warned. Cahn's position is that we are receiving the same warnings in the same patterns as Biblical Israel/Judea received them before God humbled them as a nation. And he also sees that we are following the same pattern of arrogance they followed.

It's the same reason you don't play with an Ouija board. If supernatural forces exist, you are opening yourself to trouble even if you think you are playing a game. You simply don't mess with things you don't understand.

But, no matter, it's easy enough to wait until September.

Well I say it's probably smarter to believe...you know...just in case...

What Christian symbols would that be? The only religious connection is in the phrase "In God We Trust" but it's not specifically Christian. It doesn't say in Jesus We Trust. If anything a lot of the symbology is pagan in nature. I'm curious because I can't at this moment think of any Christian symbols connected with the founding fathers
As for God turning his back on us. The jails are full of criminals who's parents still love them. One would think that God would be like them.
