This could have turned out a lot worse - he should actually count his lucky stars that he wasn't in a wheelchair with his pet dog at the time of the incident and it is also very fortunate that he didn't claim to have a magical ring that would make her disappear & that it didn't occur during a snow-ball fight.

All these things get LEO's a little trigger happy and they are known for pumping peeps full of lead for less.

Yep - he's one lucky bloke, imo.

Leave the poor guy alone, my god. He didnt do anything wrong from what I can see. So what if he swung a golf club, and she took it as a threat, obviously the police officer is just causing trouble for the general public. To many police agency setup to provoke people into even more worse situations. STOP provoking people into trouble. She is a trouble maker

Staying in line with your perspective, anything can be used as a weapon.

One thing I do agree with you about -> both things could be used as a weapon. So what couldn't be used as a weapon?

Let's just list a few obvious things that can be used as a weapon: a walking cane (may be a different design than we normally see, but this is what was in the video too; even if you don't agree he was using the putter as a cane, a cane still could be used as a weapon), a walker (much bigger and could cause even more damage), a writing Pen, a bicycle (crash), skateboard (smack), roller blades (ever been kicked by a pair of these?), jewelry (rings could act like brass knuckles, choke chain with a necklace, pokie pokie with the back of earrings). Point is ANYTHING CAN BE A WEAPON.

This does not give the police the authority to come arbitrarily start demanding that you drop all of these legal items; I'm glad you brought up the gun because that too would be illegal for them to just pull a gun on you and demand you drop it (like you said it's legal and the cop would need a reason to do so). This has been fought and proven in court numerous times especially recently.

It also does not authorize the police officer to my claims that he was swinging it at her when he didn't even lift it off the ground.

The thing is, you don't sway to bullies because it would prevent an argument, or because it may anger the trigger happy bully to the point of shooting you.....Unless you are too scared to stand up for your freedom to exist within the law peacefully.

1 man's solution is to say "no I will not give you my lunch money"....

While you search for an 'auto-pay' option....

Violent crime is decreasing. Crime in general is decreasing. The prison industrial complex needs fodder for the system. Cops need to justify their jobs (if you think they don't have quotas you are delusional).

Must... arrest... more...people...for...bulls#!t

If the police received a call on this gentlemen , then she would have stated what the issue was when she pulled up. But as you can see in the video she did not state any issues other than he swung the golf club at her. That of course is a LIE.

When she states put the golf club down and he asks why, this is when normally a police officer would have told the gentleman the issue. She should be suspended for lying and false arrest. She definitely does not deserve to be a police officer.

Fire that fat donut eating badge abusing wench. Use the video to train your police officers better. She flat out lied. Doesn't that call for justice? Make her pay for her wrongs.
