Haha, always been my dream bike in neon green and black. With matching leathers and helmet I would be unstoppable!

Its not a fancy big bike, but what i do have is a 1980 Motron Minarelli 50cc Moped.
Picked it up for $125 a year ago. No registration, no need for licensing, no insurance required, and gets 75-100 miles per gallon.

Nice bike

gives me a charily horse just looking at LOL I was looking at a Suzuki 750 many years ago as soon as I put my feet on the pegs that was it, Charily horse, the Ninja had a less radical foot position 1/2 tuck apposed to a 3/4 I believe, if memory serves that and a few other reasons made me go with the Kawasaki.

My Honda NC750X

Did a trip for about 300km and back for about R250 (that's more or less $22).

Love it!

(although I've already crashed it once - sand on the road and I lost traction on the back-wheel)

sandy corners can be a biker nightmare.
Fallen off a few myself over the years, my fault though, riding beyond my envelop usually. fell of the razors edge as it where.

Now I just putt,
though my HD eats and spits out liter bikes in a drag,, if I feel like having a blast hehehe

Mine at the 2014 Red Devil Show and Shine this past summer, it was a last minute thing and the bike was not washed and still had the sissy bar on it,, anyway it was a great time.

I had one like this only it was Blue and had some awesome after market parts... but then I ended up totalling the bike a week after I bought it
. A semi truck driver ran the red at an intersection. It was either I die or I almost die trying to dodge him.

My last scooter was a 2008 Dyna Low Rider 105th Anniversary Limited Edition.

Signature HD copper and black paint job with copper accents on the chrome engine parts. Needless to say, I was the proud mama of my new copper beauty.

Here's me on the day I picked up my ride at the Harley dealership... It was a super chilly late September afternoon (my bike got backlogged in transit coming up from the US for close to 2 months), so I'm clad in full leather gear from head to toe just so I could ride it home LOL.

Unfortunately, I had to sell her a couple of years ago due to outrageous insurance costs - paying close to $3000/year for something you can only enjoy 5 months out of the year just didn't make sense anymore... so I bit the bullet and let her go.

*sigh*

But the great memories and 1000's of miles I put on my girl will forever live in my heart.

I miss my little piglet....

Edit to add: Prior to that I rode a 1992 low rider for about 6 years, sold it, and then didn't have a bike until I bought the one above in 2008.

I've always preferred a cruiser-style bike vs the crotch rocket types... suicide was just not my thing.

And here's a pic of my neighbour Phil with his classic Harley. If memory serves, I believe it's a 1952 soft tail (or maybe it's a '56 ?)... but he hasn't ridden it for close to 10 years now.
