You are much more likely to get trichinosis in the United States from game. I have and still do eat pork cooked medium and I have zero concern about getting parasites.

I prefer Scottish Bacon myself, American and Canadian has way to much fat for my liking. Irish is ok i suppose but my favirote is Ayrshire Bacon.

Charlies worm reference gave me an idea.

Forget chocolate covered worms, how about bacon wrapped worms?

Take a little smoky link, wrap bacon around it, stick a tooth pick through it to hold it together, fry in the bacon fat for about 30 seconds.......
