And how exactly do JI and BNN share the same views as all other groups despite being at war against them and having nationalist only policies.

Let's just see here... What could they possibly have in common?

It is the koran.

It contains verses that promote followers to kill.

Your post is kinda like asking why the bloods and the crypts in america fight eachother but still both live under some forms of opression by white people to some extent. it is getting a bit better though.

in the case of the koran uniting all followers, that can be overcome through reformation. Just like when Jesus gave us the nt that shows us how our violent book that resembles theirs called the ot is no longer the word to follow. There is hope for the muslims that claim terrorist are hijacking their peace. The first step is too acknowledge that reformation not interputation is needed in the text called koran.

The OP's title is a straw man. No one is claiming that ALL Muslims are terrorists. What cannot be denied however is the great about of death, destruction, rape, torture, and religious persecution that the followers of Islam perpetuate.

In Christian influenced Countries such as the Western nations, Europe, Australia and so forth Muslim are allowed to freely worship. In Islamic countries Christians or people of other religious affiliation are NOT allowed to worship freely.

Islam is a religio-political system that demands that it overtake and VIOLENTLY subjugate all other contending world views.

Are All Terrorists Muslims?

Not sure...are all Americans self-interested, self-indulgent, greedy, indifferent, warmongering, genocide loving bigots?

:-)

I'm pretty sure you could ask around in quite a few countries outside the USA and come up with something pretty close to that

Late to the party - but S&F

I don't have the space to post the examples of other religions and groups carrying out terrorism, so read the whole article and Deny Ignorance folks.

You don't have enough space?

So...Obama walks into a mosque with his secret service agents and says, "So who here loves America?" and many if not all people cheer. The next day an extremist armed with an AK-47 and with bullet straps across his chest walks in and yells, "So who here hates America" and many if not all people cheer.

I don't trust polls, queries, etc. asked of Muslims. Lie detector...maybe. But until then, I'll believe what their actions and/or inactions dictate. And they tell me to suspect them. So that is what I will continue to do...watch my back.

PS: In many ways, I over analyze things but in this case it is really simple. When others tell me that it is wrong to distrust Muslims...I say the Muslims haven't proven to me that they deserve my trust. And yes...I don't trust anyone until they prove themselves worthy. Trust is something earned, not given by default.

Journalistic artistry is a huge part of the MSM. Keywords that fwam-bang you to read the story. They use sophisticated techniques to get the most bang for buck out of a story. Sometimes, they bend the titles so they can throw in some words that would win at "media scrabble".

The titles in many ATS threads, are a great example. People having fun with words and bending them in a way to make you want to read what they have to say.

So, unfortunately, and even though I know the core MSM knows that Muslims are but a part of the cultures and religions of all terrorists collectively, .... the mere mention of the word sells stories.

This is certainly not the only problem, but certainly one of them.

I just thought your post could use a title.

Thanks, that is a great title.
Probably could be a thread on it's own, but better here in context.

Do you honestly think that's an argument?

Protestants and Catholics both have the Bible in common, it doesn't mean they aren't busy trying to kill each other.

The Koran, like all religious texts has some sick barbaric verses in it - for example Jesus saying he came not to bring peace but a sword or the story of the epileptic boy where jesus claims he was possessed by a devil so in the US bible belt anyone with epilepsy would be locked up and forcibly sterilised until the 70s or so.

This thread is depressing, had no idea racism and xenophobia were quite this rife on here.

The West (formed on Judeo-Christan values and law) invented reasons to attack Iraq on false pretenses - but somehow the people who fought against this are terrorists because they're brown/belong to a different religion.

Al Qu'eda don't want to destroy the West, they want US military bases removed from Muslim holy land - If ISIS started army patrols outside the Vatican or US churches, do you think there wouldn't be similar uproar?

Yea racism is right. These holy warriors hardly did a dam thing when Sadam was keeping things under thumb. But that was ok because by race he was closer to them, one of them even if he executed thousands.

I have a sword.

Go out and kill anyone today that knocks on your door.

You tell me if there is a difference in the two statments if they came from God.

'insert made up phrase here'

'insert made up phrase here'

'compare made up phrases to make it look as if the post had a point or argument here'...

Both the Bible and Koran are clearly works of fiction and don't come from any god so yes, passages/hadiths conflict with each other and lead to different denominations under the main religious branch i.e revelation saying jesus was there to judge and cause war on all mankind and send all non-believers to hell because it's the right thing to do vs. John claiming he was a pacifist and non of that ever happened. One 'book of god'; two very different interpretations.

Dude. I feel for you. I truly do. It must be tough being a Muslim on these boards these days. I just hope that people, especially on this website, will wakeup to the brainwashing that is so blatant from the MSM right now. This is especially harrowing because ATS is fond of not trusting the MSM, but can't see that they are clearly being manipulated by them right now.

Not nearly as hard for the Christians on this board.

Get real buddy. Christians just have their beliefs mocked. I've seen calls for genocide against the Muslims on these boards. Nice try trying to shoehorn a Christian persecution complex into the thread though. Very classy.

Is this supposed to mean anything? Terrorism has existed for a long time. None of that means that all Muslims are terrorists, AND it shows that if we've been living with this problem for the last 30-40 years, we won't be any danger from it if we continue to live with it.

Amer icans Are as Likely to Be Killed by Their Own Furniture as by Terrorism

That was in 2012, but the numbers haven't changed much.

Are you trying to employ a No True Scotsman fallacy? If Hitler says he is Catholic and Saddam says he was Sunni, who are you to say they are wrong? After all, belief in religion is completely open to the interpretation of the individual.

Dude its fairly clear that the very large majority of folks that want ISIS knocked out understand that not all Muslims are crazy. The warmongering Muslims are even blowing up Muslims that wont get in line. But hay don't mind if I duck if I see a Muslims with an AK-47! LOL
