One of the biggest reasons i find the bible so hard to believe

Let me just start this by saying;
I dont mean to offend any christians, or any other religions for that matter. Being most of my family christians, and church goers (me an ex christian, church attendant myself)
I can point out a million contradictories, flaws etc. With the bible, but one that i never see people talk about is the fact that:
God made man in his image, he sees and knows everything. He hears every prayer, he knows every sin you make, will make etc. Etc. So why would he put you on earth, knowing exactly what sins you will commit why you're here? Then after you live you're life, throw you in hell for doing exactly what he planned on you doing to begin with? Doing exactly what he knew you were going to do, before you ever done it, before he even made you, then turn around and punish you for it?
But for the christians that will try to convert me to thy lord lol i have read both, the old and new testament. Even about half of the Quran, and just like you believe, i dont bash you for it. Just as i dont believe, i dont expect to be bashed for my belief either. Just openly speaking on one of my views on religion

"The Bible" as we know it, was canonized by those who wished to control "the masses"... at "Mass" of course...

Many texts were omitted (especially the Gnostic texts) because they were "blasphemous"... which is code for "non-compliant beliefs".

Most of the "true" bible has been omitted, deleted or redacted by time, politics and man.

(I speak as a card-carrying Catholic ... but, reformed...)

The whole big bit that I have never understood is that every religion out there takes all of the really nice things that we can do, drink, dance, make passionate Love all night ....... it is a good list ... and then they say ...

The problem isn't people of faith... those that have faith in a Creator regardless of labels. I was taught that God is love. Why would ANY God seek to slaughter his own people in the name of a specific belief system? Why would any true God be jealous of other Gods so much as to have a commandment?
The "God" of the New Testament only asked two things of us...

Yet, we still kill each other in the name of "God"...

According to the origin of man in the bible we are a great creation that has freewill even more so than the angels. This gift from the Creator is a great blessing and responsibility.

According to the Koran you chose to take this test and when you were brought here you forget. Otherwise, if you knew it was a test then you could not truly and objectively be free to decide what is right and wrong.

Why is this test available, I don't know. I forgot!

We must keep using what the Creator has made available in a safe and responsible way.

Does it really? Why would any being, knowing the difference between right and wrong, choose an incarnation where they don't, and are damned to eternity afterward for bad choices?

This is all for the sake of conversation. I mean no offense whatsoever. The internet, and text based communication, has a way of defeating intentions.

I think sometimes that if God exists, and if we are to go to "heaven", we have to abandon everything that makes life worth living, and thus defeats our our innate instincts as humans. What kind of God is this? If you do things my way, you will go to heaven. If you don't, your chances of going to heaven are slim to none. Either way, I will never tell you my way. Yes, there are some "ways", but hey, you wanted free will. Now, choose your path.

How can a human have more freewill than an angel? Do they not make choices?

I can understand your biggest problem however that has nothing to do with the scriptures(what the bible is extrapolated from).The fact is the scriptures don’t say that at all.That is what the majority of Christianity believes it says.The fact is hell is not in the scriptures.
Hell is translated from 4 words.


Sheol=the grave,the realm of death and perception
Hades=the grave,the realm of death and perception
Gehenna=a pagan place of burning sacrifice ,the burning trash dump outside of Jerusalem
Tartaros=In Greek mythology it is the pit of the evil damned(which means judgement)

Only two people in the new testament even use those words Yahoshua and Simon- Peter.Yahoshua only said Hades and Gehenna Peter wrote Tartaros.

The irony of this is Christians worship Jesus as the savor but he is “their”(and those that believe as they do) savor only.No Christian believes they will be sentenced to “hell”.However the fact is Yahoshua IS the savor because that is his name (which means nature and character).

If Yahoshua is truly the savor it is impossible for him to be a conditional savor of the “self chosen” few(BILLION!!) especially if he is who he said he was…the son/seed of the creator God.That is the fatal flaw of Christianity.It is blinded by it’s own core doctrine.The fact is Christianity does not even believe in Yahoshua because Yahoshua means Yahweh is deliverance/salvation.

Christianity believes their Jesus will deliver only them from the punishment of hell because they believe in Jesus saving them from hell yet believing in Yahoshua is exactly what they don’t believe(and more significantly do not know).They believe their God(Jesus) is a heinous monster that sets up a condition like a mafia shakedown..believe in me saving you from hell or else I will torture you for eternity in hell.

They cannot see the insanity in such a belief.They justify it by saying their God is a just God and must punish sin etc.etc.etc....but not them…they are pardoned of their guilt because they believe a doctrine of religion.They have concocted a plethora of proof text one being Jesus is a blood sacrifice appeasing their bloodthirsty God they call their father.

Every argument they put forth will be based in religious superstition and has zero basis in reality.Unfortunately you or anyone else (even the creator God) will not be able to convince them otherwise because they WANT to believe what they believe and that’s the real sickness.They are fatally ill of mankind’s inborn disease of religion.All men are born religious.However there is hope for those that believe because they too will be cured however not in this age/realm (the material realm) nor the next age/realm(death).

It is the worse sickness there is because they believe they are well and which is the opposite of the true facts and are saving others!They can not believe they are ill because saneness is insanity to them.Religious -religion is the only belief that cannot believe truth because it is a vicious cycle of belief.

The Good News is ALL of mankind will be delivered from Hades..the realm of death and the realm of imperception.The realm of death is ..physical death…the realm of imperception is “your” religion.The amalgamation of all of your experiences believed in faith form your Belief System religion.

Some are beginning to be delivered from their religion here in the physical realm.Many of them are called atheist and agnostics because they mostly do not believe in a God(which will always be a false God of your religion).Hopefully you can see a little more clearly why Christians have a fatal flaw(as they remain Christian believers)…they believe in the God of their religion..the God they believe is wrote of in their Bible that they believe is the “word of God”…and as you can see the disease just compounds itself layer after vicious cycle layer.They believe the bible because the bible tells them so because the bible is the word of God so they believe the bible….and on and on..For the majority the cycle will not be broken.They have become so blind they cannot see anything but their God which they created in the religious carnal mind which is ruled by satan..the adversary…(against) of the creator God.

The scriptures call all the delusions of the religious carnal mind the prince of the power of the air(spirit) of man.The principalities and powers that rule the darkness of mans mind.It is not a “evil spiritual being” however they have created this Satan in their mind in a dualistic religious doctrine that pits Satan against their God when in fact they are one and the same.It’s a lose lose war.This war is not between Satan and their God though it is between their ears in their religious carnal mind and that fact is what they cannot know because they can only believe what they believe.

Only the creator God will deliver them it is not up to anyone else because none except the creator God can do it.The very doctrine of salvation they cling to is what prevents them from being delivered and receiving it.It is not about having a free will to believe and choose(in their case they believe they chose God) it is all about “knowing” the father the creator God's will which is to deliver all of mankind from Hades.

The majority of people that do not believe in Christianity’s God do so for the reason your described.They can not believe in a God that is a heinous monster(which is a good thing).The creator God’s will is that ALL of mankind will be delivered from Hades and that mankind will “know”and nothing can alter that will.This is exactly what a Christian believer cannot “know” as long as they believe the opposite.

That is why the majority of all atheist are closer to “knowing” the creator God than the religion-religious.They have no false belief “in” the creator God because they don’t believe in a false God at all.They are in effect are still blind however their eyes are open.Christian’s are blind with their eyes sown shut by their belief.Both are blind and do not know however the atheist doesn’t have the “log” in their eye it is only a speck.

The bottom line fact is the creator God WILL(it hasn’t happened in fullness yet) deliver ALL of mankind from Hades(the dead are still dead).This realm is the valley of the shadow of death because everything in it MUST die.All of creation was in essence “born to die”.However all of creation(including ALL of mankind) will arise and live again (be born anew).The life in the physical realm is a type of conception.NONE caused their own physical conception and none will cause this conception.That is the GOOD News.That is what Yahoshua proclaimed by statement and accomplished as the seed/son of the Father the creator God.

If you believe that He made you, knowing that you will sin, then you are misunderstanding a few things. He gave us free will. Because without free will, love is not love. We were created for fellowship with Him.

He can forsee the options that will be presented to us, but not which option we will deside on when using our free will.

He creates us for a purpose, which is doing His perfect will, but most people decide that thet do not want to be part of His will. That is why those people will be sent to hell.

Well actually there is no hell.

Its just a creation of the catholic church.

Hades and sheol just mean death thats its. No scripture mention burning in hell fo ever.
