The black community is killing more black people than cops are.........are you calling for their deaths too?

Seems to me what you are advocating for is the death of the police......

Seek help man, and fast

More of your misconstruing.

Should we hold our cops to a higher standard than we hold our criminals?

Advocating the killing of police officers and supporting "black Power" is not holding anyone to a higher standard, it comes from a place of hate.......

And that wont solve anything but perpetuate more destruction.......you sir are misguided

Again , please step back and take a break and really think about some of the things you are saying.....

People are killing people. In far greater numbers than cops kill people.

Being killed by a cop is expected to outpace motor vehicle deaths this year.

Even with violent crime dipping to all time lows, police keep killing.

ETA: Guns are expected to kill more people than cars in 2015, not cops. I regret the error.

It was not directed at you for sure. You are correct that I hate the jerks, and they are to found in every profession. Our world would be very sad without law enforcement.

Of course they hate the cops. Wouldn't you hate an organization that you feel is killing people with your skin color at a higher rate than they kill any other skin color? Wouldn't that be intolerable to you? Wouldn't you want that stopped by any means necessary?

Likely because the population in America has grown with a very sharp curve in the last 100 years and that is going to make the numbers go up. Another likely factor is the ones they are killing are committing crimes in the majority of cases. I would bet if nobody committed crimes there would be a LOT fewer cops killing people.

Crime, especially violent crime, is on the decrease, while people killed by cops is on the rise.

Hmm..

LOLOLOLOL!!!!!

Outpace motor vehicle deaths? In 2012 there were 30,561 motor vehicle deaths...I am sure it is higher now. When cops kill more than that in a year I don't think anyone will be sitting on their hands at that point.

That is simply a ridiculous claim and I am pretty sure you are just a troll at this point.

You have provided no evidence of anything you are stating at this point and have been shot down on NUMEROUS occasions.

Get some education under your belt and come back to ATS with a bit more intelligence next time.

How many workers in the fields that you posted get sued for attempting to protect themselves from being killed in their line of work?

Is that justification for killing citizens? Kill them so there isn't a lawsuit? Pretty weak position.

This is deflection... or you didn't understand my post in the least.

Sometimes cops have to shoot people because they are a threat to their lives or others.

When does a commercial fisherman have to do something in order to avoid being killed in the line of work that means that they will be investigated and possibly tried in court ?

Is this something that only happens in the states? Because Europe doesn't seem to have this kind of problem.

What happens in Europe is irrelevant in this discussion of the US situation.

People here own guns.
Some of them are criminals.
Sometimes the threaten the lives of cops or other citizens.
Sometimes shooting them is the only way to neutralize that threat.

Then let's compare apples to apples.

Motor vehicle deaths are mostly accidental....is your claim that accidental gun deaths are going to surpass motor vehicle deaths or are you, yet again, loosely using figures to fit your agenda? Because I feel pretty confident stating motor vehicle homicide will never surpass gun homicide....of which LEO would be a very small fraction of versus criminals.

Sooo, yeah. They are the same thing. Racism is racism, is doesn't matter which race is dishing it out.

White Power is a means to keep all other races down.
Black Power is a means to bring black people up.

Pretty big difference.
I'm sorry, I don't see a difference. If you advocate for only one race, or if you mean to diminish another a race, you're a racist. Plain and simple.

But even that is totally irrelevant to the Thread .........hes moving the argument to detract from the thread completely

Which is that a black power group is mobilizing with weapons and Arrow has advocated for the killing of police officers

meh ......gl guys keep up the good work getting the correct info out there!

Racism implies using your prejudice because you believe you are better than another race. These people are not doing that, nor is there any indication to believe they think that.

No. I am not going to be discussing my inadvertent claim. It does not pertain to the thread, and my stats were in error. I didn't bring them up to talk about gun violence. This is the last time I will reference this mistake.

Contrary to popular belief, gun ownership in Europe isn't outlawed in many countries, though their use is restricted. Yet, somehow, people being killed by cops in European countries are a fraction of those in the states.

Let's not blame guns for cops killing people, okay?
