Question?
What the hell is an Xtian?
Every time I see this term and Xmas I laugh a little as it sounds so juvinile that some people can't bear the say or write the term "Christ" in their post.
Christmas is a national holiday and Christians celebrate Christmas.
Do you use the terms Xlam, Xadan, Xhist, or anything similarly derogatory for Islam, Ramadan, or Buddhist?
Is there some "special kind" of hate or dislike you personally hold for the word Christ in anything or is it supposed to be cute or something?

I think it's the hypocrisy that gets me the most. Their frothing hatred of Islam and condemnation of Islam as all radical extremists when the truth is that if you removed Allah, Jesus, Mohamed or God from the vocabularies of the extremists from both, you wouldn't be able to tell them apart. Both want Theocracy, Patriarchy and the elimination of anyone that doesn't agree.
"They" say their faith in "God" is strong... not one of them seem to believe though that their God is powerful enough to sort the 'infadels' out.

True enough. Though I have seldom seen an atheist go off the deep end like these people do. Except on ATS, where it is to be expected to some degree. Lol.

Xtianity
Etymology
1634,[1] from Christianity, replacing Christ with the abbreviation Xt (from Ancient Greek Χ (Kh, the letter chi), the first letter of Χριστός (Khristós, “Christ”) + t, the last letter of "Christ"). Compare the more common Xmas.
Noun
Xtianity
Alternative form of Xianity (“abbreviation of Christianity”)
See also: Xianity
As with Xmas and Xianity, as of the late 20th century this term may be considered informal and potentially disrespectful, though it was traditionally an unobjectionable scribal abbreviation.
