Ok thanks. I'm afraid I can't diminish my tasks and responsibilities so I'm stuck in this catch 22.

I use the celtic cross spread, it is very good at timelines and gives you a near future and further future insight.

You should use the system it really opens up the tarot

My first Border Collie & best friend of 14 1/2 years
has cancer & I will have to lose him very soon...
maybe in the next week or so. I cried alot last
night. Would this be related?

Asked wiht you need to know: 2 of swprds. You need to get harmony between what you feel/want and what you think! Torn between several directions. So what direction is the best? King of wands: being very energetic, taking calculated changes and using your gut feelings.

Oh my goodness. I am actually in the middle of deciding between two important things in my life right now. And yesterday, I decided to go with my gut feeling about something that just didn't feel right anymore. I just hope that the decision that I made was the best one but I'm definitely feeling more optimistic so I believe that i have chosen right.

I find that without using the cross I'm just stabbing in the dark but the cross allows a defined story to emerge that has always made sense to the person receiving a reading. Some people say it is difficult to use but I don't think it is. You are merely interpreting the cards in relation to their position where is the difficulty? I think people also like it because it confirms what has happened in the past before continuing with the reading so gives people a sense of validity too.
If it's not for you then fair enough we do use very different cards. I'll ask my friend who also uses traditional gypsy witch cards which spread is good for witch decks

Oh sorry. Pets are members of the family and leave an empty space when they are gone. I know it's no replacement but I always get a new baby when I loose one. It fills a space and gives me something to focus on to lessen the pain and there's always enough love in our hearts for new pets. That being said I still shed a tear when ever I read that rainbow bridge poem. There are a number of fur babies waiting for me when I get there. Peace to you.

for the reading. He is more important at the moment
than a human partner...is that why that card came through?

The card was SO spot on, it blew me away!
We will be going out of town tomorrow so he can
do what he lives to do. He was top in the country
in his day.

Thank you, I know that rainbow bridge very well.
My relationship with Dirk is like no other so it
is very difficult at the moment. I just give him
love & keep him happy & healthy as long as I can.

I know the time is coming very soon. He had 4 to 6 months
& Christmas day was 4 months. He made it into the
New Year...that was a great gift to me. I have another
Border Collie who is also a top dog & my service dog.

So no new puppy for a while...I have to move
at some point (hopefully soon) & get settled first
so I am in no rush.
