You do understand what that means, don't you? It delineates federal, felony, and misdemeanor crimes. That's a pretty broad range. It stems from the ideal that elected officials should be an example of proper respectful law-abiding behavior and held to a higher standard, not exempt from law by perverse authority.
But thanks for proving my point. Obama should be impeached.

Refusing to address illegal immigration, and threatening financial sanctions on states who do, knowing that terrorists are using the southern border to enter this nation illegally for the purpose of committing acts of violent terror against the people of the United States fits that definition nicely.
