I did this twice before... the last round can be found here: www.abovetopsecret.com...

It was actually pretty successful
I had a lot of participants.. I would like, if possible.. for people to view that thread .. criticize it ( don't comment on it, it's old ) .. but look it over.. figure out mistakes I made.. I think I gave The_cusp a little more credit than I should have in retrospect but he / she was still the most impressive of all the people who participated and there were a lot.. the most important thing to note is MOST participated privately..

I'm encouraged by it though.. and I would like to bring in round three.. I'm confident with the protocol I set forward.. I think I should eliminate the box though... I think I should stick with photographing the item in question, encrypting that photo and providing it at the beginning and then proceed with guesses.. but this is the pre-test...

HELP ME define the guidelines... as a remote viewer/psychic .. what do you need from me to achieve your success without being too much to violate the integrity of this test? .. in the last round I provided pictures of the box containing the object and as requested, general coordinates... I was told this was TOO MUCH information despite this being information I was told was missing from round one... .. but still got no good answers outside of The_cusp ..

Guidelines I will retain:

1. I will pick the object myself
2. I will photograph the object the moment I pick it
3. I will archive it into a password protected zip file and upload it somewhere to be decided, possibly even ATS if ATS allows zip uploads.. perhaps we can get them involved on this one... if not .. we can vote on what provider to use, but regardless I will provide CRC checksums of the original zip so wherever it's hosted you can verify the checksum.. the key point being I CAN NOT change the object at any point once the test beginbs.
4. As always.. there's no prize.. but... I may consider changing my mind.. if we all want to throw into a pot and decide on some kind of DEFINITIVE rules .. maybe that can change some day... but for now.. I'm not paying anything out.

I declared a winner in 2011 but that was just because it was the closest thing to one.. nobody was correct... so now we need to collectively decide what fairly deems someone to be a winner.... once we do that, I can start prepping the test... I can also be given some suggestions on control mechanisms to make sure I don't cheat.. but honestly I think providing you with an encrypted zip file before you even guess is beyond safe enough... you can store it on a thumb drive on a remote island and I can't touch it... you won't get the password until anyone else does

So what say you ATS? round 3 prep now?
it's been too long...

I have invited The Cusp back to this challenge and I invited him to help me work out protocol... but I have strict rules on that and those will all be explicitly laid out before anyone participates.. and as always.. You will be able to participate anonymously if you absolutely want to .. but I will actually count those up separately this time ...

Just wondering....Wouldn't it be easier to "see" an object if it was at a known place? For instance, if I said " I live at 123 Any street USA, what color is my couch? ", it would give people a specific spot to concentrate.

To pick a winner, I think the rules should include that the description has to be almost exact, not "close enough". Maybe not every little detail, but close enough that if I were looking for it in person, I'd have no doubt of what I was looking for.

You would think so... in round one I was rebuked for not being specific enough.. in round two I gave general coordinates that included my building and I was rebuked for being too specific ..

That's why this thread exists... what is too much and what is enough? I won't give up enough where the answer is obvious.. and I don't think anyone is going to send in spy teams.. but you still need to be thorough..

The original premise was these remote viewers were used by govt. to rat our strategic locations.. so if that's the case.. I shouldn't HAVE to give up too much detail.. but I want to be fair without giving up too much..

Basically all you need to do is assign a target code to the picture you chose, and post that.

pm me your full name, I will keep it confidential.

Why would my full name help you keep anything confidential?

Explain to me how this target code works.. I'm curious .. pm me if you like.. but the guidelines are the same.. the target stays in a photo .. encrypted and I guarantee unbreakable once the object is chosen..

I am answering your question on "what do you need". I want to try to find the object that you are going to pick. I meant that I will keep your full name confidential, in other words I will not share your name with anyone, only for my personal use.

Pick your object, take a picture. If you are going to file the pic on a computer file it under a random 4 digit number and then post the number.

This is all the info that should be shared.

Your guidelines are fine.

We'll need to come to some specialized arrangement for that one.. perhaps a phone call .. I've never been asked for that kind of detail from any RV'er before... and given this is ATS .. it's also not so much of a given then you just do .. anyone else think that you need to toss out your full name for a remote view?

Are you for real? You don't need his name to remote view the target. Besides, it's a bit of a ridiculous request.

I don't want to start a debate on what you need to remote view. Thx.

From your link,

How to link with another person Another big question, how do you link with another person, how do you find him, how do you get into his dream? Out of all methods that I tried, full name of another person was the best way to link to him. I think the reason is that a person hears that phrase through-out his life, it is always important to him. However if a person has a nickname and it is valuable to him, he uses it for some time then he can also be connected to his nickname. So first would be name, second would be nickname. Photo or geo location did not help me to find a specific person.

The op is not asking to connect with him, find his location or get in his dreams. This is about the object he will choose. And if you insist his screenname could be used too.

Do you really expect people on ATS to give you their personal info?

You missed this line. Where 'a' dreamt of 'b' past or present waking reality memories.

And yes, if ATS member is willing to post such a project I expect him to share some personal info. That is why I mentioned that I want it by pm and will keep it confidential.

And yes, it would be cool to have a photo of the box where the object is. Just like the one you had in previous experiment.

Hiya miniatus,

Do you provide things like GPS coordinates? Some persons require a map position or location for remote viewings. Something to centre the viewing to the correct location.

A full name would be an unnessesary request for RV work. The only information required would be a target, the object, and a set of coordinates. Example; 3742, 5790. The numbers are purely random. At least for coordinate RV.
