State of Maine court filing claims Nurse Kaci's Roommate in W. Africa Has/Had Ebola

Update. CNN just said that the nurse's roommate in W.Africa contracted Ebola...and doesn't have a clue how she was infected!
An order for mandatory quarantine has been filed by Maine against Nurse Kaci. In a sworn affidavit, the Maine CDC stated the above.
The Maine CDC tried to contact Kaci as she was on her way from NY to Maine, and Kaci did not return the call.
Apparently Kaci did treat patients who were "very sick."

I understand this ladies frustration. But she lost her right to bitch and moan when she volunteer to go to another country and take care of sick people. At least in my opinion. Would it really kill these 'doctors' to stay at home for 21 days to put peoples minds at ease?

Been watching CNN but haven't seen anything yet. Of course, I didn't put it on until you said this. Nothing being mentioned on the news ticker below. At least not yet.

This is federal law.
Apparently nurses are not as important as horses.

The CNN reporter was Jean Caserez. But there is nothing about her statement anywhere on the Internet. I can't be the only person in the world who heard (or taped) this report.
Caserez is a lawyer, btw.

Can you give a little detail about what she said? Was it breaking news or did she just mention it off-handedly?

She was reporting the latest (today)--in front of the nurse's house-- about Maine filing an order to keep Kaci at home, and she added info about the "sworn affidavit." She also was apparently interrupted and looked to the side when she stated this.

I haven't see it yet anywhere. fastforwarding now through CNN archives.

But wow. If true, wonder where that made up room mate came from and if they will be bringing that person back.

ETA: That damn judge making it a temporary order....grrr. My comments are in the other thread. She's had enough 15 mkinutes. Maybe this will shut her up for a few hours. Naw...wishful thinking.

ETA: I mention Whatsapp because my family and I send videos to each other that way. When they're too large to text to each other, they go right through on Whatsapp no problem
