Well if you didn't already know being a christian is almost a prerequisite for becoming a president... just sayin....

Even one Catholic.
Christian is an ambiguous term. Does it discount Carson because he's SDA? That's Christian.

So what would it take to get anyone in there that isn't Bush or Clinton? or Romney or Palin or Cruz or Huckabee or Bachman or Biden..although of that list I think Biden would make the best president. But...Give me someone who's left leaning but not a wacky Christian. Where are the outsiders...Obama was about as close to an outsider as we're going to get? Perot? Surely there could be someone! No?

Vote for me as a write-in!

My motto...

"I won't screw you over no more than the last guy!"

At least I'm honest about it.

The last election was 66 million to 61 million. That only 4% difference. Whats so hard to imagine about a 2 and a half percent swing for the other side?

The big loser in 2016 will be the American people. The only way to have the American people win in 2016 is if we elect someone other than the cookie cutter democrat or republican. We need people who have common sense, who are capable, and who are outside of 'the usual'. The 'community organizer' experiment of Obama is a failure. Dr. Ben Carson should be given a chance in 2016.

True...

But I would bet dollars to donuts that Hillary and Jeb, regardless of who is elected would also be interventionists.

How does being a christian distort his vision for a better america? I don't get it. Doesn't everyone have some kind of belief. Or should we wait until they are in office to find out what it is? Like Obama's Muslim faith, we found out about later.

I want a president that "will do for the American people" not a president that wants "the American people do for the government". I do not care if he is christian, atheist or believes aliens is god. The only way his personal belief would play a part is if he was Muslim and then we are f^%*^d.

I suppose anyone could claim it under the Christian umbrella, I'm sure there are a small percentage that would say "A Catholic???? Hell no!" If you say anything other, you have no chance of winning period...

As long as he has his paper and pen he may be able to run again.

No bet.

I still think Hillary is written in stone though. NO ONE is going to derail them this time. If you look at the makeup of American voters she only needs about 7% above the "typical Dem.... and woman's vote". Don't discount that.

That's just the way things roll here I guess..... Labels are more important than content of character, chants and slogans are important too!

If you are correct than I guess it is our own fault we are going down hill, which would be well deserved. I just can not believe as a society that we are dumbed down so much that we would vote on a label. If so than I think all hope is loss and there will not be much of a future for my children and grandchildren.

Well, we all saw what electing the first black president has gotten us. Now I guess we'll all see what electing the first woman POTUS will get us as well.

That's what voting with feelings will get us I guess.

Personally, I don't care what gender or race the POTUS is. As long as they put America first. That's their job after all.

You know.. I really was trying to keep that out of my ranting about RP being screwed more than a hooker on Friday night..

But since you added this I will through this in..

This is proof that Romney never was even as popular as Ron Paul was...

I am almost positive there are more like this.

Who was saying their vote mattered?? I am curious now..

Well since I was just ranting about chants, slogans and such... I gotta say.... RP had one of the most craptastic theme songs playing for him during some of his campaign stops...

A vote for one party is a vote for the other... they work for the same few.

C'mon, we've had the same policies in place since GHWB.

Open your eyes, the outcome of professional wrestling matches is more in doubt than TPTB getting 'upset'.
