She will be quite busy with the law suit she filed.

Fingers crossed the little guy doesn't have it.

I certainly hope not.

I have a five year old and they are filthy. Down right filthy. They don't quite understand hygiene yet enough to be trusted with as much independence as they have most of the time. It's an odd age where you can't really helicopter them all the time to ensure they aren't doing disgusting things (they are). If the nurse calls for one of them to go home from school you can guarantee 3-4 will follow in a few hours... I hope I really hope it's negtive but if it's not I PRAY the child didn't go to school.

You are so right. They think nothing of germs or putting their mouth on public items such as grocery carts. They will even share gum from their mouth. All it takes is for 1 little one to come down with a virus and it spreads rapidly through day care and lower grade school levels!

Have they said when he came back from Africa and/or if he went to school?

Edit:

They returned Saturday.

City health officials said the child and his family returned from Guinea on Saturday. Members of the family who live in the home with the boy have been placed under quarantine.

I cant understand anyone wanting to go over there in the first place but to take a 5 year old along with you!!!!

Apparently somewhere in Maine.

Guess she didn't fly into Maine (even though Brantly did on Phoenix Air (devilface)) because all the flights coming from W. Africa come to the main 6 airports.

so what are the chances that all of the diagnosed patients in the us are making miraculous recoveries and rather quickly?
I'm not saying there is no Ebola I just feel there is a big piece of the puzzle missing either we are not being told the whole truth or these people are not who they say they are.

There is so many questions and not any good answers. I agree, I do not know what to believe but I am planning on taking precautions and I am trying to get everything I need to make a batch of Colloidal Silver and stock pile up some food. I live in a pretty isolated place so I could remain off the grid for 3 months without a problem. But it is my children and grandchildren I worry about most.

What I don't understand about this little boy is that they reported him having 103 degree fever and vomiting when they were called.

Now there are tweets coming out that he is JUST developing a fever.

This sets off my hink-o-meter as to him possibly coming up positive and them being able to say he wasn't contagious. So they just started to spin it already so they can say "He only got a fever today" even though initial reports stated he had one.

"The Department of Education sent parents a letter Monday assuring them that “the risk of infection in New York is extremely small.” The DOE also revealed the principals have been getting weekly Ebola updates since August.

That's rather disturbing how much preparedness has been going on before the public was really aware, and how poorly it's been handled so far.

When he was rushed to Bellevue on Sunday evening, he had a temperature of 102.7 degrees and bloodshot eyes, the sources said.

Bloodshot eyes ??? Is there anything else that could cause bloodshot eyes in a child ???

Noticed it was missing as well. Wonder why?

Wonder if they will be sending a special plane to accommodate her to travel back home or will she be boarding another commercial airline?

I heard it was a chartered jet. Also heard private ambulance.

Kaci Hickox to be released from N.J. quarantine, then sent by private ambulance to Maine home

More about Maine:

Ms. Hickox is expected to self-quarantine at a rental home she shares with her boyfriend in Fort Kent, Maine, a rural potato-farming community about three hours outside Bangor, the closest city, said Fort Kent Town Manager Donald Guimond. He said reaction in the town of about 4,200 people was mixed. “Some folks are wondering what is going on, having a little bit of a panic type situation, but generally it’s calm and we’ll deal with it,” he said. “It’ll be OK. The young lady deserves to come home.”

Ms. Hickox and her boyfriend, a nursing student at the University of Maine at Fort Kent, moved into the town over the summer....

Remember the doctor had a 103 degree temperature as well. It was later changed to 102., then 101.3

The child started showing symptoms Sunday night. What symptoms were those? I thought fever was supposedly the "first" sign.

See Now read this bull

The boy was transported to Bellevue Hospital Sunday night because of his travel history and initial reports that he had a fever, but he actually had no symptoms when he first arrived at the hospital, officials said. The mother has shown no Ebola symptoms.

That CAN'T be so because why would they have called in the first place if he had NO SYPTOMS?

Guess we will how her self quarantine goes.

She had a fit over 7 hours, imagine what 21 days (504 hours) is going to do to her.
