Unrestricted are hunting weapons ie. pump action shotguns, bolt action rifles, semi auto long guns that arent black guns. Restricted are all handguns which arent prohibited, firearms which are too short to be unrestricted.

Yes, the RCMP link has the info in clearly defined way.
I was surprised that the list is fairly small. I supposed it was more restrictive.

Because USA release info. In Canada, the GRC and gouvernement know all the info. They hold it off, for Stephen Harper "release it" to the media himself.

its taken from a security cam, we have one like it at work the black rectangle/square (depending on if moniter is widesreen) is the actual video capture size the lighter rectangle is where it has been zoomed it,Also not the marble wal behind is exactly like the one in the parlement building,And that place is covered in cam's. and they hav obviously have taken the best vew as he was looing round to take a decent picture of his face.

Assuming he was under watch..
And if he had a prior anything..

I never did anything illegal..
But had to get my prints scanned for nursing school before I could come in patient contact.
Maybe he applied for a job here?
