UFO Over City In Canada

'A drone securing the area' ? huh? So if thats true, it'd be there every day, all day. And I see no signs this is any drone.

First thing that strikes me is that royal Canadian mint is located in the same area as this. Not really fort knox but still interesting. Could have been a drone securing the area....or if it wasn't would this have been picked up on radar or is it too small...hmm.

Also I see army barracks very close and Canada army base in the area. I wonder if this is theirs or "something" that shouldn't be there.

I am not saying it is a drone, I am just offering other suggestions by taking into consideration the high security places in the area. Maybe your right it would be there everyday, but not so if this was a new drone deployed that day.

As said in previous posts I don't see this as a drone or balloons however I am trying to offer an even side to the argument and then if possible rule it out with enough evidence.

What is your take on it? its the movement that's throwing me off.

Hi. after a good long hard look at the video the surrounding area and other data I have come to the following conclusion:

First of all we have to look at the weather conditions for the day 20th October. It was a clear day with a light wind at a south-east direction. This fact that the wind was blowing in that direction shows the object is actually being carried along with the wind.
This fact has moved me towards the idea that it is in fact a balloon or a specific type of balloon called airwalker. Looking at the shape I have it probably down to mickey mouse shown in the image below:



It looks like the spin and vertical structure of the object fits. Also the shop that sells these is in Winnipeg somewhere on aldine street.

That's where I am at the minute unfortunately. I want this to be something unexplained but adding this info up the odds are starting to point to this.

Anyone find any holes in this that can hopefully prove im wrong?

It's a UFO and I don't know what it is. It appears to be stationary but doesn't look like a balloon. No idea what to make of it, but a worthwhile post. a reply to: EternalFire

In looking at this from a different perspective I have a question...

Have you heard any recent reports about the sky "screaming" or making other unusual sounds?

Any reports of low level flashes of light, usually on or near the ground?

Any local history or folk lore of strange monsters, fairies, evil spirits?

If its not ballons, or a drone/military, could it be biological?

There are, after all, countless reports of flying things that aren't manmade. Always have been.

Hi the link isn't working. Hopefully with a look at this I can change my mind on the airwalker or balloon idea. Ive changed my mind so much I could open a thread myself and have an argument with myself...but wont be bad because I will definitely win :p

Thanks for taking the time to upload it. I will have a good look at it in the morning and will post some pics.

Is the object moving in a south east direction and was that the wind direction that day. Im not 100% sure and that was the only thing putting doubt in my mind. Even if it is it still does not rule out other objects. Fingers crossed I find something cool.

It looked like it was heading in the southeast direction but it was not moving at a fast enough pace to rule out its exact direction. I mean I pretty much lost it after I headed southeast to chase it. It could have went anywhere after that. I did see a few people in the area looking up in the sky and pointing at it. I mean this thing was weird.. I have seen many balloons flying in the air before but this thing was moving weird and was changing shape in ways I have never seen before.

I had a chuckle at Atszombie's comment as well

There are a few vids of these type of UFO, it could be a balloon, so unless you stayed long enough to see it zoom away, its likely that. There was even a thread around here years ago about something like this which could have also been a custom kite or some sort of balloon, or who knows what as it sort of twisted and spun in on itself.

But up close from some of the vids I seen of things that look similar, its more like 3 rectangular or square shapes that hang one bellow the other and they each spin on there own axis and sometimes morph, so they could have been a crazy designed kites or a balloon or something else. On your vid though it looks sort of the same because it seems to be spinning or twisting in on itself, but who knows as the quality is just not good enough to really see it clearly.

Either way its a cool vid, but ya it would have been better if you had a better camera or some binoculars.

Any reports of missing people? Apparently many genuine UFO sightings coincide with UFO abductions.

Hmm... I at first thought balloons, but they would be shaking and swirling around at that altitude.. I'm not sure what this is. I suppose that's why we have the term 'UFO'.

I still think it resembles something man-made over "alien" spacecraft of any kind.

Why would they need to be doing that, after all that would depend on the air movement around them.

Had a look over the pics and all I can say is im baffled!!!!!!!!!!

The object changes shape a lot and the first image I feel shows what it is.....Some sort of weird Spiral. Just gona let the pics speak for themselves.



This one is weird with a change in shape to having some sort of fin coming from the middle...hmmmm




It seemed to get squashed here and change to another shape

All I can say is that there is no way its a balloon, kite, drone, superperson, or whatever I can suggest.

For me it is some unknown craft or species which I feel and sort of hope is not from this area of space or dimension.

Yes i agree and given the weather that day there would be little movement by the object. There was little wind blowing at the southeast direction. Therefore if it was it was moving erratic it would not be down to the wind.
Anyway ive made my mind up as seen above hopefully you can shine some light on it.
