questions regarding time of incubation...
1...when a person becomes infected, how will anyone know how many people he came in contact with, before symptoms show?
2...those random people that the above person came into contact with, how many of them will be infected and not know it?
3...repeat 1 and 2 infinitum

once a person is symptomatic, it is easy to test them and put them in isolation...it's the "spread" during the incubation that no one is talking about.

I agree, that's the info being put out currently. However , not too many hours ago the report of monitoring these EMS exposed to Johndoe 1 were simply being monitored, not reportedly isolated or quarantined. There's a lot of examples if you just google "EMS Dallas ebola monitoring " All I'm trying to point out is that story being given to us is by MSM is changing as it always does on big stories like this.

According to the cdc the risk of sexual transmission between an infected person and a non infected person WITHOUT protection is 1 in 1000. I have worked in hospitals for over a decade and 95% Of my hiv patients were iv drug users or homosexual males. Ebola, however, spreads just like the flu. Coughing and sneezing can contaminate a 10 foot area. Get your facts straight. You won't get hiv from door handles or shaking hands. Ebola you can.

The conditioning to accept this thing has been out there for ages. The Strain and Contagion of recent have been adding fuel to the paranoid fire. The Strain concludes next week - imagine that! Outbreak comes to mind as well, but that was a 90s Dustin Hoffman tour de force so most people didn't take "are you trying to seduce me mrs. robinson" to heart. The timing of the Strain is incredible though, you have to admit.

Whatever they tell us they knew damn well its been here at least a year. Think of timing versus release of information. AIDS was killing white boys in 1978 but nothing was really said publicly until around 1981 in the independent press. What we have is a combination of dishonesty from our government, corporations, and news outlets to provoke fear and panic so they can declare marshall law, or some other restrictive repressive bull#.

Ebola, is looking just like the AIDS Pandemic to me. People are going on and on about "countries not giving Africa help" but face facts - AFRICA HAS BEEN THE TESTING GROUND FOR THESE AGENTS SINCE DAY ONE. Like AIDS, Ebola has been specifically targeted for a certain demographic, and like AIDS it will mutate in kind with a little help from the lab. Think of how AIDS went out there and eventually was mutated and the conspiracies and proven facts around it. France had a cure and the US sued them to prevent them from releasing it. My father still argues they were experimenting with it on them in the Nam with it.

If people think this just "happened", they need to check the Tuskeegee Experiment, and look at the protocols behind the AIDS drugs in the 1960s first. Look at why they go and drop these things on black people first, and then spread it out to the rest once its been perfected. (AIDS is an anomaly, the white gay guys getting it was really to kill their movement and eradicate their protesting in public but that is another story and France proved the strain they got was genetically different than the ones black people were infected with).

Wash rinse and repeat people.

Hmmm....thinking outside the box here. But a quarantine would also present a great opportunity for jobs. Security, Decontamination, Logistics, etc, etc.

FEMA can't do it all and will contract out the labor.

A timeline is needed in these ebola stories. 12-18 hours ago all that was being mentioned about possible contacts with Johndoe1 ( initial Nigerian ebola patient ) was that they (EMS) and one other person were being monitored. Then it changed to isolated and then changed to quarantined. Remember how this post started, I was guessing about the timing of the possible carriers being quarantined.

Someone that doesn't even have to have a medical education can figure that out but apparently the average joe has a hard time understanding this and wants to spout out crap like "you fear monger!"

You do not prepare for the best cause scenario...you prepare for the worst case scenario. That also does not require an education to figure out.

Oh for sure but it all depends on what goes on behind closed door. There is still bombs, artillery, nukes and drones will be the biggest out of the group. These bases are big enough to house the available units to combat the general public...plus not to mention the various under ground housing that most bases have. It is going to get rough but I think the general public will tear each other apart way before going after the military or the government. Just kind of the way the cookie crumbles. We talk about these scenarios all the time at work and know that the military will take over the local grocery stores and take all the food for the 1%'ers.

We also talk about how it isn't in our contract to go against the general public and we all would have to resign the documents saying we would. Most of us would not resign. There is no fear there. We signed a contract saying that we will provide protection to the citizens of the United States...not go against them. And so what, if we get access to food, water and medical supplies....it would come crashing down eventually and I have already made the decision that I do not want to survive when the SHTF. Why would anyone? The amount of disgusting, vile, evil crap that would be seen would destroy your life indefinitely. You would never be a normal person ever again. Except Ebola does NOT spread just like the flu!

There was a study where it was transferred from monkeys to pigs , pigs's respitory systems are effected by the disease so they sneeze. Human beings are effected by Ebola mostly in the liver, so the body is not trying to sneeze the virus out. Instead it comes out in blood and faeces. It is not the same as flu.

One of the authors of the study confirms humans with ebola will not generally be sneezing!

"But Ebola affects primates in a different way, Weingartl says. For them, "the main target organ is the liver, so they have high amounts of the virus in the blood and in the feces. They will not be coughing out the virus. And that’s why indirect transmission without contact is probably not happening [among primates and humans]."
